fred's meds and pharmacy

This app is only fairly useful as far as allowing me to quickly check if a prescription has made it to the pharmacy yet. However, the contains incorrect information about my prescriptions that have been placed on hold. The app will show medications to have been filled that I know haven't been filled. I usually either have to call the pharmacy or use the online portal to have my medications filled. This really needs to be fixed. The app is basically useless to me with incorrect medication refill information.

App doesn't work and when I contacted Fred's about the issue, first they said it was a password issue (which I never got that far in the app). Then they tell me to reset my phone, after explaining to them my phone is fine with ALL other apps & I won't be resetting my phone because their app is the ONLY one not working, they told me to contact my phone manufacturer. Goodbye Fred's period!

It shows that my meds are filled, but when I drive to the pharmacy they either tell me their still working on them or I don't have any due to be filled for several days. I am probably going to stop using the app if it doesn't get better and soon.

Best way to see if dr. Office has call in meds. And see if they have been filled. Just wish it would give the price of each med. So there are no surprises.Never had issues with this app.

Haven't been able to refill prescriptions for over a year now using the app. Walmart is just a block further away. Just sayin'.

Updating this app is worst thing you can do. It gets worse with each update. Won't stay logged in.

For almost year, app cannot connect with server. Info in app is incorrect. Miss using this app before "updates" rendered it useless. :(

I just love everything about it. It keeps me straight with my medicine and refills.

Clunky and lacking features compared to Walmart and Walgreen's

App could be sleeker like Walgreens or Wal-Mart's app.

Needs option to select multiple scripts for refill instead of one at a time.

Wish they would send a text when perscription were ready for pickup.

Use to when you selected the option to stay logged in, you actually stayed logged in...NOW it doesn't matter if you click "stay logged in" because it logs you out EVERYTIME. Also, when requesting to refill script it says, "cannot connect to server"...PLEASE FIX THE ISSUES!! I use to love this app simply because it was convenient but all that has changed

CVS force closes on open since latest update. Clean & simple UI. Nice extras: Doctors appointment reminder, refill reminder & multiple take your medicine reminders. Text message & or E-mail notifications. Refill RX and Request contact doctor when no refills. Works as advertised. Not bloated like other RX apps.

I used to be a to go to app and look at weekly ads but know it only shows pharmacy info only. When r they going to fix this???

It no longer works. I try to sign in and it just sits there. Fix it! Edit: Why is it still not working????? Edit 2: Still waiting!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The app shows nothing about the store only the pharmacy. I would probably rate higher if it showed sale adds.

Got a new phone and had to re-download and forgot my user name.. doesn't give the option to recover so I guess I have to make a whole new account now??? PLEASE FIX

The Freds I.T team worked closely with me to resolve the problem which was bizarre to say the least. Kudos to the team and notably Dylan. This was one of the most useful mobile apps ever, with room for improvement like cost of refill and expiration reminders would be nice. BUT Since the new year started my store has disappeared leaving the app to be no more than a viewer as it will not refill a RX to a store that "is no longer active". Until this issue is remedied it is a useless refill app.

The app works great. Just wish it would send a notification when the script is ready to be picked up.

Now more often than not I get unable to connect to server.

I wish the price after insurance was listed.

Every time I log on I get a failure to connect to server message.

It is pretty simple. But can't switch pharmacy online. Needs more info on script page.

Like other pharmacy apps I think it should include. Able to add whole family onto on username such as husband and children. Also should be able to delete or hide prescriptions that have no refills or that no longer take. Other than those 2 things would be 5 star rating.

Very easy to use

Only thing missing so far is to be able to scan the barcode, but that's not a huge issue because they list what is due and when it's available for refill. Really convenient and stable!

Use to work great, now I can't refill. The app won't let me select a store. Also, you use to be able scan the bar codes, but they took that away too.

Helps me order refills when I remember I need them without waiting til the pharmacy opens in the morning (and I forget). It would be better if I could also manage my children's prescriptions too.

I use Fred's and them, but the app has so issues. Refills due is not accurate.

The prescription status is confusing. Once the pharmacy has completed processing it says picked up. Not ok. Also it keeps every prescription ever written for me in the list with no archiving feature. Some scripts were a 1 time only thing but after a year still in the list. Prescriptions with 0 refills remain in the list. Nothing ever gets removed. Inactive scripts, 0 refills, and scripts that are the same name but weaker dose all need to be out of the list of my monthly meds.

Makes my month so much easier.

Needs lots of help uninstalling. Has too many error codes.

Keep telling me to install the market app and then close. Fix it or tell what market app you talking about.
