After upgrade of app, not able to submit receipts. Fix it asap!!!!
After the recent app update, app always hangs and unable to submit receipts. Pls fix it ASAP.

My app is updated yet when I uploaded receipts, the message to me is "update the app for bug fixes". What happened to my uploaded receipts then??

New app version cannot upload receipts nor Submit Feedback with attachment. Until now still has the same problem. Please fix asap as submitting receipts is only valid within the day.
Uploading of receipt is horrendous. Does not ever load or send. Please do fix and get back to us as the time limit of a day is definitely insufficient for the lousy interface now.
New version can't upload receipt. Fix it immediate. If you want customers to submit within 1 day. The fix has to be more immediate than that. Else, allow backdating

Unable to upload receipt, no new updates to rectify this issue and customer service is not responding quick enough to assist in the app issue.
Keeps telling me to resubmit and then directs me to its marketing campaign page with no resubmit option avaliable. I hate it so much I am going to cancel my Fraser membership tomorrow.
Will have pop up saying "Unable to load home page banner, cannot load article lists", however the receipt function is working perfectly. Not bad, just needs "a little" work to reduce bugs. :)
It won't work like it used to after recent update!!! I can't choose photos of the receipts saved in photo gallery from my phone... it keep insisting I choose from my Gmail cloud storage!!! Stupid app!!!
Not able to tell if my submitted receipts were successful received. This app used to have a function that indicated submission successful or failed. Now the app just hangs and hangs. Pls fix this bug!
After the new update, the app refused to work. The homepage, shop list, banner and the new game all are unable to load. Lousy update and promotion.
have more than 500 points but unable redeem points even when clicked "redeem points". whats going?

Take ages to award points. Wrongfully rejected my receipts. Those rejected without knowing which receipt was it. Cannot redeem points. It is a CON. Waste of time using this app. Lousy app!
Worst app ever. Slow and lag. Navigation menu is in a mess. Do you ever do user testing??
Unable to play the game even with location on. Keep saying that location permission is not enabled even when it is.

Take more than 7 working days to credit points. Other malls credit points within hours from submission of receipts. Fraser needs to buck up.
Whenever possible I rather shop under Capital Mall.
The transaction records take longer than 7 days.

Not sure if our feedback is looked into by Fraser cos I haven't seen their replies here. Am able to upload receipts but the processing time needs to be improved. It seems to take longer than 7 working days on most times. Probably could also add in a function for users to delete any accidental submission too.
If you want the public to spend in your mall, you shouldn't put a cap on the number of points that we can earn. Every member only can earn 500 points per day and the extra receipts that we cannot claim points are wasted. Your apps is already not well received and you still cap the max points that we can earn. I really see no meaning in going through the hassle in exchange for a $10 rebate. Waste of time. Plus its not elderly friendly. Old folks who don't know how to use the apps, are turn away when they approach the customer svc in the mall. If you want to do, do a good job. If not, I would rather you don't implement it at all.
The latest update can't upload receipts. Need to submit within 24 hrs and I did quite alot of shopping today. Please fix it asap, if not you should give consumers exceptions to upload today's receipts. Description of this app is SNAP, EARN & REDEEM. But it failed at SNAP, how to EARN & REDEEM??? Edit (8/3/17): sent feedback to Fraser and next morning gotten reply and updated new app. Able to submit receipts at last! So here to 're-rate', but not going to give 5 stars as there are definitely rooms for improvement for the app and the receipt reviewing process.
First installed Not able to take photo direct from camera, since end Feb 2017 not able to submit receipt at all. Please fix and assigned points despite the 24hrs limitation
It CANNOT submit receipt! Your app bug resulted in our late receipt submission. Then, you push the issue to us and decline our receipts. What is this!!!
The app used up 2GB data in a week while running in the background and now I am left with 0 data for the remaining of the month
