My APKs Pro - backup manage apps apk advanced for Android
Good app, wish there were a way to customize the name of the backup folder though.
Works well. Developer very responsive.
Paid, but ads. No support.
01/21/18 - User of My APKs Pro No Ads license. After applying 3.0.1 update, ads appeared (banner at bottom of screen and full page ad upon exit.) Checked app settings which showed need to purchase no ads option and dark theme which I use. Rebooted phone (turned off and on using power button) and opened the app. Everything OK, no ads and dark theme there. Contacted developer who described issue is Google related and not with app. Believe his explanation. This solution may help others who experience similar situation. Previous Review: Long time user of this app. Upgraded to new 3.0 version, but had an issue and contacted developer. Reply was timely and in a professional manner. After the exchange of some emails, the matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction. My suggestion to those who are experiencing a technical problem or other issue is to first contact the developer before leaving a negative comment. He will assist. The app itself is nicely designed and functions well. I recommend it.
This app is great. It routinely backs up my apps and in doing so if i update one and do not like that version I have the ability too revert to the previous one (which i have done on several occasions). For anyone not overly enthused with rooting this is your best friend. I've used it for several years, it does not disappoint. Great developer response as well. Highly Recommend!!!
Was a lot of trial and error to get it to write to ext SD card. It needs a browse feature to conveniently access ext SD card. I had to copy & paste path from external file manager app. Also fails if existing target folder already exists (adds a (1) suffix) and verification will fail. Also uses extremely annoying large popup advertising.
Fantastic! As someone who never updates apps without backing up the current version, My Apks Pro is a necessity! I don't have much available app space, but I use a LOT of them; with My Apks Pro I make a backup and store it on my SD card until I'm ready to use it-no more wasting my limited space on apps I only use occasionally. I highly recommend donating what you can to support the developer's hard work. I myself have never had any problems with the app, but reading the reviews here I see so many people showing appreciation for his prompt attention to any issues that users have encountered. And I'm a firm believer in showing support to ethical developers. Oh, one more quick note-the UI is clean, clear, and so simple to use.
This app is without doubt, the best in its class. There was a hiccup with ad removal which greatfully the author has sorted out. Great app and good support.
At First I was mad about having to pay again, but this has always been wonderful App. It has Received several great improvements... I have seen many Apps die... Because there is No Reward for the Hard Work... There for, I payed to remove the Adds.
Ads are showing up in the paid version of the app. This is unacceptable. Uninstalling!
Ads in Pro Version?! Fail... Uninstall
One and only backup apk app.
THE go-to app for apk management! A must have for anyone that works with a high volume of apps, whether it be themes, walls, games, etc. Since memory is at a premium, if there is a theme I like, I'll download, backup, & uninstall until I'm ready to use it. Same with walls & utilities. But this process takes 3-4 different apps to complete. My apk pro cuts that down to 2: this & my file manager. I can't express how much easier it makes it. A request if I may? I didn't see the option when in settings. Under the backup automation, is it possible for backup of apk ONLY upon installation & not have a repeating backup on a schedule? I can then eliminate another app(apk extractor) that works in the background. Other than that, superb utility! Thank you so much for the free app sale! But why no update since 2015?
It doesn't get any easier or more efficient than this. This IS a must-have app for all Android users who wish to backup their apks.
why does this app is still being sold? Last update 2 years ago, not working with the latest Android.
UPDATE: It took the developer MONTHS to respond!!! And developer did NOT read post!!! If it's a Google Cache issue, than maybe the developer should MODIFY the app to match or create an additional KEY app that installs separately!!!! ORIGINAL QUOTE- Every few uses requires me to go to Google play to verify account & when I do it doesn't fix. I have to keep uninstall / reinstall.
Do not update!! Even if u purchased the app, new update makes u have adds.
Great app!
Useless, can't backup data of apps

Virus. Developer not available.
I have tried a few other apps that claim to be able to backup, share, or restore APK's, but this one really works. The developer made it so easy to use for those of us who aren't tech geeks, it's truly amazing! I recommend this app for anyone from the tech challenged on up. It just works, and that's all we really ask of an app, right? And for an app that does what it says, as easy as this, it's very reasonably priced.
After trawling for an App that will back up my tablet applications to the cloud, finally an app that works, uploads perfectly to drop box, allowing me to restore to my current tablet or any replacement tablet as required. Well worth the £1.66 I paid for it. (used to back up HTC flyer tablet).
Works like a charm on nexus 7, no problems and sync with dropbox. Thank you!

(Note to self - Not my favorite, a bit fussy to setup and use. This app only generated a LIST of all apks installed on device the list can be in HTML, PDF, TXT format with optional GPS / Azon links. The default storage for the apk list is the devices' SD card, with no easy option to set up Google or Dropbox as the backup. You can share the list to Dropbox / Google, but this imo, is not as good as actually backing up the individual apk files on Dropbox.) ( I prefer MyAppSharer, TrueBackup, and iDrive as these 3 apps provide full apk backups to cloud services such as Dropbox, Google, etc). I still use this app from time to time, but seriously, it does not have the features I prefer.
It is small, fast, uses very little resources and can be configured to store the backed up apks to the extSdCard. It has saved me many times when updates to other apps had bugs, and I had to reinstall an older version from My APKs backup-folder. I can't find any fault with it.
Been using this app a long time and it has never failed to do its job of backing up my apps if I need to revert back to a older version because the update sucked. 5 stars not enough.. Awesome work guys..
Good app
Good app
Best application ever,,
With Kitkat, please find a solution, most apk apps are now compatible with kitkat. G Policies should not be an excuse
Awesome, great job and perfect
When you want to be sure you've got all your stuff saved and you can get it all back, My APKs Pro is the go-to app. Don't leave your phone without it. (Even more true now that some Google apps get broken when Google updates something)
Works like a charm on nexus 7, no problems and sync with dropbox. Thank you!
Well done app that is simple and intuitive to use. I particularly like the incremental backup, a feature missing from other backup apps for non rooted phones.
Update : The SD card writing issue, as it turns out, isn’t related to Samsung’s version of KitKat, but is caused by changes made in Android 4.4 by Google . Developers must update their apps to make them capable of writing to the external storage again, so if you use an app that isn’t able to access the microSD card on KitKat, you might want to ask the developer to update that particular app. Thanks, Ken!
Very good

I hate ads and have purchased the app, is there any way that you can send me the link to the previous version before the ads? I know it works but dont use it as much so I'd rather have the one I got without the ads. Uninstalling
