Google sign in won't work.

A few nagging issues such as inability to review personalized suggestions sent by email from your stylist (the links open in Chrome) and clunky address management, but everything else is super fun.

My favorite app, the items are the best out there!

Initially when I started shopping here the quality was decent, as of the past 6-8 months, however, the quality jas declined. Belt loops coming off after a few weeks, buttons coming off shirts on first wash, etc. I may try them again but I am currently a little jaded.

Its a great app and I love the product, but I cant buy anything and now it wont let me buy on the website either, cause the app screwed with my payment method. lol

I have been shopping from Frank & Oak for years and for the most part have been quite satisfied with the sizing and quality. Glad to see that us tall guys are starting to get some longer and taller sizes in, but there is still work to be done,especially in the suiting department. Now, as for the app itself...disastrous. Pages and photos don't load and constantly crash...major overhaul required here!!

Saw an ad on Instagram and impulsively spent $40 on a shirt with cartoon drwwings all over it. Shirt arrived before I could regret the decision. 10/10 would shop again

Crashed four times in ten minutes on my Galaxy S4. Lost my cart when login via Facebook failed. No option to ship to store. To add insult to injury, the promised extra 20% off of sale items failed to apply. I'd rather use the website!

This company continues to innovate and provide quality clothing at reasonable prices. I get all my suits from here.

Nothing works! Google login doesn't work, viewing your returns says "couldn't fetch returns". Seems like the app was thrown together.

Recently, it won't let me sign in, either through Google or by manually inputting my email address and password. I always get the "Could not fetch your profile" error. I just want to give you my money!

Easy, quick, few places just a tad awkward but still. In cart I had trouble roving one item. The subtract sign should reduce qty from 1 to 0, but instead it's the trash icon that removes. Why have 2 buttons? Confusing. Otherwise, great. LOVE your products beyond measure!

Often can't fetch information related to orders and payment. Get lots of error messages while using it. Web application is better...

Looks well designed, but the shopping cart is completely broken. the app removed items from my cart that I didn't try to adjust quantities for and I could not proceed past the shipping address screen. This app asks for excessive permissions.

I really enjoy shopping with this app, it makes everything a lot easier for me and my parents without having to go to the mall to buy clothes. There are some bugs/flaws with the app that I have to point out. The only big flaw is when your in the checkout area, you don't have the option to look deeply into an item in your cart, you only have the option to delete or add more/less of the item. You can only see the description of the item only if you search the item from the beginning. Fix for 5 stars!

This store and app are amazing. Ease of use and prices are awesome.

I have been getting "invalid key session" errors when trying to add items to cart for months and am otherwise unable to access my cart. I would have preferred to submit this concern to support staff, but no link seems to be available. Also, all clothes are incredibly slim fit (regardless of the fit's "name") so beware if you have any muscle or wider measurements at all, as the garment will probably be far too snug
