Love it. Super easy.

This app has greatly improved since it's first versions, but is not without some bugs and worked still needed. Really enjoying the fusion of this platform and the app for mobile deposit- much more streamline. Still waiting for fingerprint recognization like the Frandsen credit card app, which I should mention is run by Elan and not FBT.

99.9% says can not validate info...have to struggle to reset it all the time

Always shutting down, or has a app error and I can't log in! Very frustrating!!!!

Not a fan of the over simplified appearance, but functionality *seems* better. Will wait before joining the fan club just yet

App has worked flawlessly since added to phone. Love the ease of banking from anywhere.

Asking for answers to security questions that I never saw before. Also, disabled Google Chrome and it wiped out everything and after installing the app again, cannot sign in. (same as Aimee Buss)

I've used Mobile Banking apps from banks both big and small. This Frandsen Bank and Trust app is by far the best I've ever used. Very easy to read and navigate and the ability to pay bills online makes managing my finances a breeze.

Terrible....it keeps asking random identity questions that I have never answered on the bank website. Something doesn't seem right

Random security questions that have nothing to do with a bank account. I wish I would not have chosen this bank at all
