A. Tout d'abord, respecter certaines contraintes
le résumé doit suivre l'ordre du texte d'une façon précise et fidèle
ton résumé n'ajoute pas d'idée au texte et n'apporte aucun jugement à ce qui est dit :
il est objectif
ton résumé ne cite jamais le texte ; c'est pourquoi tu évites d'employer les mêmes mots que ceux du texte.

B. Ensuite, prendre en compte les critères de l'exercice
Respect des limites imposées
- prise en considération de la logique du texte à résumer
- respect des liens entre les différentes idées
- reprise des idées principales du texte à résumer
- respect de la limite du nombre de mots
- indication du nombre de mots à la fin du résumé

Effort de reformulation et objectivité du résumé
- utilisation d'une expression appropriée
- emploi d'un système d'énonciation neutre (ex : "il"...)
- utilisation d'un vocabulaire personnel
- non-ajout d'idée personnelle
- non-citation d'exemples du texte à résumer
- emploi de mots différents de ceux utilisés dans le texte
- souci de fidélité aux idées développées dans le texte

C. Enfin, un bon moyen pour ne pas perdre de temps est de suivre le schéma suivant
1. je lis le texte avec beaucoup d'attention,
2. je tâche de comprendre les mots importants du texte et je sélectionne les mots-clés,
3. je repère les grandes idées et supprime les exemples purement illustratifs,
4. je repère les liens logiques,
5. je fais le schéma du texte en montrant, concrètement, comment les idées fortes
s'articulent entre elles,
6. je procède à la première rédaction et je compte les mots,
7. je corrige cette première rédaction (orthographe, grammaire, syntaxe…,
8. je procède à la rédaction définitive,
9. je recopie le résultat au propre A. First of all, within certain constraints

B. Next, consider the criteria for exercising
Respect the limits imposed
- Consideration of the logic of the text to summarize
- Respect for links between different ideas
- Resumption of the main ideas of the text to summarize
- Compliance with the limit of the number of words
- Indication of the number of words at the end of the summary

reformulation effort and objectivity of the summary
- Use an appropriate term
- Use of a neutral enunciation system (eg "it" ...)
- Use of a personal vocabulary
- Non-added personal idea
- Non-citation of examples to summarize the text
- Use of different words from those used in the text
- Concern for fidelity to the ideas in the text

C. Finally, a good way to not waste time is to follow the following scheme
1. I read the text carefully,
2. I try to understand the important words of the text and I select the keywords,
3. I spot the big ideas and removes purely illustrative,
4. I spot the logical links,
5. I make the pattern of text showing concretely how strong ideas
fit together,
6. I do the first draft and I count the words,
7. I correct this first writing (spelling, grammar, syntax ...
8. I do the final editing,
9. I copy the result to own
