Music cutter is a totally free application.
This application has simple but attractive design, also very easy to use. With only some actions, you can cut the best part of a song you like and set it into your ringtone, alarm sound or notification sounds, ect.
This application allows you to cut any kind of sound format such as mp3, m4a, wav, flac, acc, ect. You just select your favorite song, choose the best part of the song you like and save it.

Main functions:
- List all song, ringtones, alarm which is available in your phone, you can select songs easily.
- Find a random song according to its name or singer’s name.
- Find songs by using folder browser, it will show all folders which have sound files in your phone.
- Simple and easy to use:
+ Display sound in wave form, can zoom in and zoom out, so that you can select easily the part of song you like
+ Show the full detail of song: name of song, name of singer, length of song
+ Listen the song before cutting
+ Play back the song
+ Restart choosing if you want
+ Cut the selected sound and save it into song, ringtone or alarm sound format
- You can set a song as your default ringtone or ringtone for a random contact in your contact list
