FOX Sports GO

By far the worst sports streaming app by a major sports broadcasting network. 20 TIMES during a game, it stops to buffer and never comes back. It also constantly requires me to sign in to my tv provider and it only works after doing it twice. I only use this app out of necessity.

Of all the live streaming sports apps I use including NBC, MLB, and ESPN, this is by far the worst. It glitches frequently with sound going out and drops all the time. The picture is okay when it works but it so often interrupts the stream it is unusable some nights. Also it won't mirror to Chromecast now, although it used to. Overall, it's a poor effort at live content streaming.

The App was really good up to last week. Now the programming like others have noted is bouncing all over the place - makes it very difficult and frustrating to watch a game on this App. Hopefully they will get this fixed ASAP as baseball heats up.

Billy Madison says, "FOX Sports GO? More like FOX Sports NO!" Buggy as all whatever. Links to FAQs 100% inoperable. Initial load time slower than molasses in January. Location setting required just to open app. Less ads than NBC Sports app. But nowhere near as good as the WatchESPN app. Oh, and btw FOX Sports GO, the answer is no - Billy will not make out with you.

Without a doubt the crappiest app out there. The equivalent of the space between my testes and my bunghole. It stinks. It's basically a hamster wheel being run by very very small mice. Dont even try to flip between programs. Talk about confused. You would think a conglomerate like FOX would be able to create a company that can produce a quality app. Also location should be a choice not a deal breaker. If I want to watch games in Baltimore or wherever I should be able to choose a city. Rather than only being able to see local games. I understand though , it is tough enough for you guys to broadcast even a local game.

It keeps glitching during live broadcasts. Not a problem with my internet, but the app. This causes you to miss pitches on baseball and is really annoying when it will get stuck saying the same phrase multiple times. Fix your app!

I've been watching my baseball game for 2 innings now and haven't seen a play yet...at the crucial plays it always jumps backwards then forwards missing everything. What's the point! No other streaming apps have this problem...

This app is HORRIBLE! The stream keeps jumping back & forth while using Chromecast making watching unbearable. If this is an example of how Fox plans to compete with ESPN, they've already lost! Fire your tech staff immediately!!

Live video skips all over the place. Video quality is also skippy looks great at times then down to very poor quality at others times. Watching FS Midwest games are worthless because it just moves all over the place when using Chromecast. Please fix!

I use multiple apps for casting and this is the only one that has issues with casting. My WiFi is one of the best there is, I've reinstalled this app, Google Home and factory reset my Chromecast and this thing still buffers, closes and replays every 10 seconds or so.

Can't watch a full race, it wants to freeze up all the time. It froze up with 5 laps left in a nascar race and when it unfroze the race was over, I didn't even get a chance to see the ending of the race. Very disappointed!!!

It's ok. It kinda works with Chromecast. But it goes back and replays what just happened and then skips forward so if you're watching baseball you miss the play. Also it only works for a couple minutes and then you have to quit casting because our falls behind and can't catch up. It's better than the CBS sports app for streaming but so much worse than the ESPN app

Why is this so hard for Fox? Everyone else (Even NBCSN) has figured it out. Same issues with jumping and skipping, crashes constantly. Still doing it after updates 4/30/17. Unbelievable.

Try watching a supercross race from start to finish and you will be sorely let down. This app disappoints everytime. What a waste of my time a frustration. This is not a joke this app needs serious work. P.O.S.

The live video feed, which they have a monopoly over, is trash. Even on a very fast mobile connection (and under which every other live streaming app works without a hitch) the app stops nearly every thirty seconds to buffer. Garbage.

This app has so many glitches. I can't believe someone got paid to make this. Here's a tip for you FOX, model your app after NBCSN. They let you replay stuff after its aired too. That's a great feature for people who can't watch live.

The last few weeks has had no FSDetroit on it. Link from Yahoo sports to "watch" and no content comes up. Use the app direct and no featured content. No NHRA either. That really sucks. Please fix this or give it back to ESPN because that app always worked.

Does not support my devices. I contacted support and they asked what devices I am trying to stream from and they said Sony z5 premium and Nvidia shield are not supported. The two high end devices in their class and they are not supported by something as big as fox? Come on...

Two things. 1:I My feed sometimes jumps back to what's already played. 2: I'm in AZ and I'd love to see home games. Fix this and I'd be more than happy to give you a higher score. I have no problem with the other Chromcast Apps.

This app was good now on live stream bounces all over, skips and pauses. I have to sign in every time I use the app which is annoying. Make this app to where I could actually watch it on the go when I'm not at home and HAVE to watch on my cable service. That's annoying. On the go means on the go watch it any time and any where fix these issues please

If you enjoy watching commercials in sparkling HD with seamless video quality, this is the app for you. If you want to watch sporting events with the same type of quality, don't even bother. Horrendous experience. Customer support is of zero help as well. The app is an absolute joke. A friend of mine asked me about it, and I started laughing. Yes, it's as bad as advertised in these reviews.

I would like to use the app in multiple devices. When i use the app in more than 2 devices it logs me out. I have to keep resigning in. It's a major drag :/

This app is glitchy and you have to sign in through your cable provider. If you only have a basic package it won't let you watch certain events--defeats the whole purpose of downloading the app.

If you could get the volume on the commercials set at the same level as the live play. It jumps higher on commercials than what you are watching. Either turn up the the volume on the live stream or turn down the volume on the commercials. Then there is the skipping when my live antenna feed starts doing that channel skipping i change the channel.

Works much better than in the past. I had given up on using it in the past but I am glad I tried it again. Fox Sports go is my back up plan for live tv. Can't wait to need to use it on my phone.

This app is terrible. Impossible to watch live sports. Constantly freezes/buffers every 30 second. And I have super high-speed Internet.

Fix. Your. App. Trying to watch soccer and it keeps buffering and skipping around. Will stop and go back 15-20 seconds. Not sure if I'm even watching it live anymore. Same happens with baseball. Missing pitches and plays. C'mon man! Fix the playback and you might make it to 5 star level. Platform and function is good but playback is a big issue.

They volume for the commercials is twice as loud as whatever you're watching. Its totally obnoxious and startling. That should be illegal. Fix it and it gets four stars.

The app simply doesn't work on my Pixel. It lets me sign in with my cable provider and choose from live video. But when I try to watch anything, the app crashes before playing an ad. I'd really like to watch some live baseball for which I paid.

When the app works it works great. But that only lasts for a few months. Then I can't find anything in the app when I open it. I check fit updates and there is none. The only thing that works is uninstall and re-install the app and that doesn't insure the app working.

App was good a year ago, now constantly has "an unexpected error". Will skip back over and over during live events. Sometimes it freezes or stutters horribly. Amazed there hasn't been another update to fix it but guessing Fox Sports just doesn't care about their customers.

Quality of stream is pretty much always low, and Chromecast compatibility is shoddy at best. Constantly stops stream and jumps around. It's not user friendly, with no capability to sort content by sport, or even access useful settings. Ridiculous for a company that is such a large force in media content. Get it together

The design is good. Content is good. It crashes or stalls a lot. I have to sign in every time I open it, essentially, sometimes multiple times before it works. Overall I'd still recommend it for the content.

What good is this app if the live Nascar All Star race isn't available in the live options, not only does fox put the race on fox sports 1, now I can't​ watch it on the app either. This app is a waste for me.

Chromecast support is choppy. I see instant replays without requesting them. Sometimes I see the same thing 4 times in a row. Other than that great app.

This app worked just fine until the last update, now it stutters, lags and freezes every 5-10 seconds. Please do another update tp fix this problem, nit only for me but for everyone who is using this app and having trouble.

Locks up every 10 to 20 minutes cuts in an out makes it impossible to watch. I have no other apps that do this only Fox Sports. If I was Nascar I would pull their rights to any broadcasting of Nascar. Race finished and the app is showing 10 to go Logono won SMH. THIS APP IS A POS
