It's been almost half year, I'm still unable to login with my Singtel TV account. Please resolve this issue before losing more user.

After keying in my correct id and singtelTV no., it keep asking me to sign in again and again. really sucks! This app is always problematic all this while. Google, take action. Why have an app in your play store that doesn't work? Now I managed to sign in and the movie played for a few seconds and prompted, 'Sorry there is something wrong with this video, please try again'. There are so many negative feedback and yet SCM is not responding. This is not the the way treat your operators' customers this way.

Was able to log in last time but not now. It promoted that my account is not valid. I paid singtel mio n subscribe to all channels but now say that my account is not valid.
