The first time I attempted to use the app, I had no issues with logging in however, that was all I was able to do. Today, I downloaded to a new phone and could not retrieve a password to any of my email addresses. Then I could not re-register because my email is already connected to an account...the same email address that did not exist for me to retrieve my password. Really?

A nightmare all the way through the process of sign up sign in retrieving the reservation. At the end I couldn't find my reservation although i am in the room!

When one logs into the Four Seasons website, your name, address, and everything else is right there. The app is useless. What's the point of signing in if every time you have to provide the same information.
