4iiii Device Configuration for Android
The zero offset function does not work on my Galaxy S3 running Android 4.3 via Bluetooth Smart. This is my head unit running IpBike. It works correctly on a Hudl2 tablet running Android 5.1 for indoor training and also on another phone running Android 6
Oct 1, 2016 updated and now can't pair my meter and can't find a way to flash back. Of course I have a race tomorrow! Nexus 5x phone
Can't get it to display Info on android 5.0.2 but worked on wife's 4.4.2 so if your having issues try the 4. Version of android
Excellent 4iiii support: quick email reply by tech. Solved my Android problem not displaying the Precision firmware upgrade, despite confirmation message at the end of the upgrade. Fiddled w the Bluetooth settings; it is now showing 0.3.0 firmware for Precision.
I lost my HRM function after update...
Was having issues after update but wasn't related to the devise it problem with phone after phone restart all seems to work now
Really buggy, crashes often, tells me my crank length is 172.5 when I know its 175 mm, lucky if you get it to work properly.
works well. it can do clever things
Changed a battery in my PRECISION and it didn't calibrate properly with Garmin 500. Downloaded this app, and performed a factory reset on the power meter. Now it seems to be working properly again. Relieved!!! Pretty simple interface, gives you just the info you need without being cluttered. Haven't used app for any other purpose, but worked for what I needed it to do.
For whatever reason 4iiii has been extremely slow to enter the Android side of things. After owning a Viiiiva for quite a while I finally don't have to find my old and otherwise completely unused iPhone to configure it. Unfortunately however I can't get it to detect any of my Garmin ANT+ sensors other than the foot pod (e.g. Garmin speed/cadence sensor) which is fairly annoying. I'll give a couple stars just for finally giving a half-hearted attempt to accommodate Android users, but remove a few for an extreme lack of features and inability to pair up all ANT+ sensors I own. With the Tickr series being released 4iiii really needs to step up their game.
Finally i can bridge and pair my old cateye C/S sensor to my trusty old phone
Connects to Viiiiva. Unable to connect or detect bluetooth smart power meters eg. Stages Cycling
