This app really helps keep me on track with the 4 Hour Body diet! I love the supplement and water reminders.

This is an app that is a good supplement to the book. I just wished it went into a little more detail about the food and workouts...
This is a great aid when I am out shopping and need to refer back to the allowed foods

Wish I could get my money back but their email doesnt work. There are so many other apps that can do the same thing for free and that look and act better. Guess that money back guarantee doesn't work.
it works, just missing some features. I am unable to edit completed workouts, this is a pain if I accidentally put the wrong weight or amount of reps... it can completely mess up your tracking. another issue is the app sometimes seems to start itself in the background and consume MASSIVE amounts of battery this happens randomly and is extremely frustrating. EDIT: yet again it killed my phone 11 hours of stay awake time and it was plugged into the charger. the worst part is I DID NOT TURN IT ON!!!
The Schedule doesn't allow you to have a sleep time after midnight. It just says that your dinner must be before your sleep time when you attempt this. Is there a way to fix this? Or potentially opt to use a 24 hour time scale instead?
The app Icon is my reminder, it takes pictures but I don't have to add descriptions unless I want..I hate needy aops
It's a good app. Could use an update on the interface but is simple to use and works if you use it regularly.
I used to use it to track my workouts about a year ago. I started using it again, but now every time I go into a new workout it messes up the previous weight that I lifted. My last leg press suggestion was just over 7,000 lbs. What a shame. This used to be very helpful.

Basically a bunch of links to buy stuff. I love the 4 hour body, but totally not worth $5

Great companion to the book
Slightly underwhelming
I am a huge fan of Tim Ferris, and have decided to give the slow carb diet a serious try. So, I swallowed hard and bought the App- since it is almost half the cost of the book! My initial problems with the App were resolved. Farid the developer was very responsive and very helpful. That alone is worth the $8. Will bump to five stars when the meal reminders become better established;-)
Hate that can't edit my workouts or view past ones individually. I make mistakes and now I can't edit incorrect entries. SUCKS. Otherwise it's good and still worth having. But it's just super annoying. Developer is awesome and does care.
This app does what it says. I'd like to see options for the myotatic crunch and cat vomit exercise, or at least allow us to input our own exercise.
The app has a way to go and you still need the book(s), but it helps with the fundamentals. Developer response has been great and I look forward to future updates.
I really like the layout and how it's simple to switch from meal to workout plan. However, for $8 the workout routines are super limited, should be a lot more workouts with pictures and instructions in there and perhaps break it up by each day what to do.

Very well thought out an easy to use.
Would be nice to have the included functions but not have to deal with all of the stuff having to do with whatever one size fits all program of the month this is based on. If you already workout and eat right, this isn't going to appeal to you very much.
Really useful. Helps you to track and set reminders for everything.

Simple and effective methods. Skip jumping through the hoops, just get to where you want to be.
I've got one major complaint that has caused me to install and uninstall this app 2-3 (maybe more) times and never use it how I'd like to- The reminder system. Unless I'm missing something, it's terrible! If I set 5 reminders to come in at the exact same time (lets say every hour) I do NOT want to receive 5 separate vibrations/rings. Can you imagine if GMail notified me for EVERY SINGLE EMAIL instead of notifying me of new emails when it checks (you CAN pick the former option, not sure why you would). It's so annoying. I'll be sitting in my car and my leg will vibrate 5 times for 5 notifications like it's having spasms. I'll be happy to raise my score if this gets updated.

I have a Galaxy S5 and assumed it was compatible. MY GF and I are both doing the diet and she wrote everything down. Unfortunately, The App refuses to hold my weight and measurements! I lost everything when I went to look the next day. My weight had gone to the Max and all of my measurements, except for BMI went to nonsense #s. I re-entered my weight and saved and it went back to nonsense. I'm going to keep the App- since the reminders are 'ok' but do not actually remind you to eat (encouraging me to use the Google calender) And some of the 'pro-tips' are nice- Worth 8 bucks? Not @ this time. We'll see if they can fix the buggyness... Then will re-evaluate
