Lock photos & videos - Privary photo & video vault

This app used to work well, now it's glitchy every time I install it, on two different phones. It asks for a new password every time I open. Disappointing I bought the app, would give five stars if the problem was fixed. Update: Big thanks to the developer for bringing attention to this and working to fix it personally. Five stars.

Started out with three stars, but because I haven't seen one update for this app... while more expensive than LockmyPix, it seems to be getting NO attention whatsoever when it comes to the UPDATES! LockmyPix, has gotten several updates already, but your flagship app NOT even one ... wish I had saved my money and stayed with just LockmyPix, since it is the only app they seem to be maintaining and upgrading with new FEATURES! And months later, still not one update for what was NOT a cheaply priced app at ALL! If I could get a refund, I surely would, because this app has basically been abandoned by the developers!

I hate this app so much, I used it for years and I paid for the premium and when I got a new phone because my old one broke none of my pictures came back through the cloud feature. I had backup cloud on and it said everything was uploaded to the cloud on my old phone but on my new phone it brings back nothing. I lost years of photos and it makes me very sad. Its a good app but don't trust the cloud. Doesn't work Reply to forchares I did that still didn't bring back my photos I'm 100% I backed up everything on your cloud but for some reason brought nothing back.

Thanks for the quick reply Markus. Double checked it and it had gotten caught in a lag loop, instead of making one new folder it made twelve, one inside the other and the last one had my files in it. Changed rating back to 5* Have a good day

Hi Everyone. This app is AMAZING... No need to try the others...I have done that.. The Seamless, Perfect App to keep and store your private pics and vids on Android. Its faultless...and smart ! Its safe, never lose a single photo. Your contents are encrypted Its nice to use and user friendly. This is by far my favourite app. I think its the very best. Try it..it wont dissapoint. Reuben

I have been using "LockMyPix" for a year and I'm impressed with that app but this Privary works more impressive and blazing fast for preview so after a week decided to buy 6 months pro version. Strongly recommended for everyone who love to keep private pics/vids secured. Tried many similar apps but none like this. Please keep up your customer service support coz it makes the difference. Thank you guys. Love it much.

I have hide my important pics and videos in this app and by mistake I have deleted .privary file from my phone. Can you please fix the problem

Great privacy, encryption is needed in todays digital world. One recommendation: Securely delete files which are temporarily decrypted, or at least an option to allow users to have privary securely delete them for the ones who dont mind the extra time needed. Thank you for a great application!

DO NOT PURCHASE PREMIUM, TOTAL RIP-OFF. First I purchased Lock My Pix Pro. Then I saw fourchars had 3 Pic Vault Apps, I emailed them inquiring which was Best. They emailed me back & informed me Privary was BEST bc it has True AES Encryption, Cloud Services, can totally remove the app icon, & 24hr customer service with Premium Purchase. So then I downloaded Privary, Purchased Lifetime Premium Use, with the 24hr Customer Service. The very FIRST time I tried importing pics to the vault a message box popped up & said "Could Not Import Pictures Due to Storage being used by another app", (not true) I thought the issue was with my phone. I emailed the Privary 24 customer service, they are supposed to get back with you within 24hrs. Here it is, 6 emails later, 36hrs later & still NO RESPONSE. Not so much as an Email saying they are Aware of the Problem. I re-downloaded Lock My Pix & every pic I tried imported worked like a charm. I paid more for Privary, Privary is supposed to the Best App, so Obviously I would rather use Privary but bc they aren't helping me I'm gonna have to use LMP, I don't know if I should trust them with my pics.

I forgot my password and have no way to retrieve or reset. Everything I put on there is lost to me at this point. Need a way to reset password via email

I forgot the password and for recommend very there is no other option. It doesn't send an email, can the support team help me in recovering the password

Pro - App stores data on SD Card to save device memory. Con- App is unable to navigate manually to folders for import.

So love the app but I forgot my pin from a year or so ago and now I cannot access any of my pictures. Are they gone forever now? Did I lose all my precious memories? I have not set an alternative password.

amazing app. I've accidentally deleted it and redownloaded it and it still had all of my photos saved on it!

Lost all data after program was not used for many months. The app refused the password that was previously confirmed, same as windows account. After reinstall. program started with no clue of 12 lost folders. Plus I paid an upgrade. Rip off all rhe way. Fired, Period.

Have one problem ..I am using cm security to lock this app and I use fingerprint. Once I unlock the cm security lock using fingerprint and when I try to unlock privary using fingerprimt then It doesn't work.

This one is too good first i started with lock my pix but it does not have change the icon option for that we need to upgrade to pro but this version made that all free...

No option for sorting ? No file name, only thumbnail ?? drag drop for sorting ???

I need help because i have forgotten my password and you have given no option to recover it.. I need some photos stuck inside the app.. so please help as soon as possible

There was some photo i saved but after update all are gone please help me how can i find them? How can i have them back??

Does everything I need and more. Brilliant, yet simple. Impressive aesthetic practically bought me when I first saw it.

Works as described. I've installed paid version with all features, useful if needed for some reason. ;-)

I think this app is good. I am having a problem with restoring back up though.
