Lulu depending in this 3rd party app and virtual card is a shame. Please make and switch into your own app lulu. This thing is not convenient for regulars like us. Edit: 3(original) + 2 stars for the quick response. The app is good. My suggestion is for lulu group because they promoted loyalty program so much but offers are very limited.

Some time bar code is not scanning properly,it showing choosing the correct brand , even I choose it comes it that ,make any another method.if it is not scanning means give another position to get loalty point

The barcode scanner for lulu is very poor. You should have provided provision to enter the nos manually rather than testing the patience of the user. Seems an amateurish attempt.

Used to work fine. Now shows an error message on opening. Failure - Enter correct data. Cannot submit new bills.

Everything about the new version is good except that for few retailers you accept only the barcode. There is no option to enter it manually. I have a couple of bills for which the barcode doesnt read (few lines were rubbed off) and now i have no option to add that bill to inloyal. Please do smthing about it

I am on oneplus one and the barcode scanning doesn't work. I did manage to get it to work after a while. I think even the slightest shake will render the barcode scan useless. Please fix this.

There should be an alternative if the scanner failed to read the bar code after 30 seconds or so.

This was a good app. But new update became useless, bar code reading is very difficult. I took around 10 min to scan a bar code. What is the use of this app if cannot submit the bill? !!!

The server keeps timing even when connected on Wi-Fi. The server is to slow to respond. Please work on apps performance.
