The mobile deposit is absolutely awful. I have literally taken 50 photos of my check and the app distorts every one. No matter what angle, or how close or far away from the green square I get, it won't accept the picture. I can have the check perfect and the image it will show after I snap the picture will be crooked, sideways, or blown up so only a portion of the check is showing. This is not convenient and very frustrating. Fix this. It is the worst mobile banking app I have used.

Love the app! For day to day items, this app is perfect for me. I have not tried mobile deposit as I prefer to visit a branch. Transferring funds is very easy and post quickly. I was able to transfer funds while shopping for furniture and the money was available when I went to pay less than 5 minutes later.

What's so funny is I've never had a problem with mobile deposits and I have had deposited many checks via the app! Love the credit union and the app has been helpful on its journey to being the best it can be!!

I got this so I didn't have to go to the bank to deposit my checks but it won't even let me choose an account I want to use! FIX THIS!!!!

The only reason I want an app for my bank is to check the amount I have in my accounts and deposit checks. The mobile deposit is infuriatingly useless. I had three checks to deposit and it takes about ten minutes to get the picture of the check each time. Kept being a "crop error" because it decided to cut off half the check, even when I had it lined up perfectly, and the check was laying on a solid black background. One of the checks wouldn't deposit at all. Fix the mobile deposit!!!

Everything else is great.

Spent half an hour one 1 check that was crystal clear......Couldn't detect numbers. Just awful!!!!

The look is smooth and clean. The app transitions quickly and is extremely easy to use.

The only reason I have this app is for mobile deposits. They used to be possible if frustrating, but the last two times I've tried it just plain doesn't work. No matter how I photograph the back of a check, it always gives me a "TooLight" error. Even in very low light. Unless this gets fixed SOON I'll be uninstalling.

Absolutely the worst interface for a mobile deposit ever. It is absolutely impossible to get a picture of your check, completely frustrating and not worth the time. If you were to fix this I would give you a higher rating.

Was working great for a long time, but not accepting my password now. Went and changed it on the PC, which worked on in the browser, but not the app

I'm forced to reset my password almost every time I try to log in. The mobile deposit camera is so bad that it's almost comical, however I wasn't laughing when I gave up after 30 attempts to upload a picture of my check before.

The would get 5 stars if I didn't have to take 20 pictures of one check to deposit it. I could drive to the bank and hand the teller my check faster than this way. Please fix and I will kick it to 5 stars.

What can I say? It allows me to see all of my accounts from the comfort of my mobile phone. Works perfectly.

Update the app to use the current camera API. The images are flipped.

I even went online to change my password thinking I was entering the wrong one. I did this twice and I still can't access my account through the mobile site. This last time I even locked myself out. I know I'm entering the correct password and username. I guess I won't be using it.

Wish you could see deposits (check images) and add payees from the mobile app.

The mobile deposit is a great tool to have, if it worked. I have attempted over 30 times to take a picture of my check. The images it accepts cut off half the check and the pictures it rejects are centered and clear, but it says the numbers aren't legible. The images are awful either way. I have seen my boyfriends mobile deposits from PNC and the pictures he takes of his checks look like actual photos and go through immediately. Come on Forum, get it together. The rest of the app works great.
