Guinea Pig Manual

Hi there! I have two guinea pigs with lots of lumps and problems, took them to the vet and the piggies are OK. They are so soppy! They even lick me. I mean sick fringe in the cage, they don't bite, they lick. They were 4 on May 1st 2013. This manual really helped. God bless piggies and u too!

The healthy dose of humor included in this app helped me feel much less overwhelmed about learning the needs of my cavies. Of course, guinea pigs don't ask for beer! I am thankful and happy for that because they sure ask for and need a whole lot of other stuff. One less thing. Guinea pigs are not low maintenance pets as far as my experience owning them has shown me, but they are not the highest-maintenance pets either. They are sweet animals and so very much worth the time and effort it takes to keep them well. I found the information in this app to be consistent with the online resources I often refer to and have bookmarked in my web browser. Good job!

for making this app, it has encouraged me to take care of my guinea pigs as a young 12 year old boy. I mean, I have 5 guineas (had one, got it a friend the next day, the first one passed for it was sick before I got her, I got another guinea, that one was pregnant before we got it and had 3 babies

This app is awesome I don't have a guinea pig(s) yet but I already have cage designs and this app helped more! My mom said no because cavys are oversized rodents but I'm going to pull put my infamous guilt cards yes I have different scenarios. Beer noise not needed but still lol. Now I know what to do thank you so much!!!!

I have 1 guinea pig (I send tons of time with him so hes not lonely) who lives in a medium size pet store cage (slap me, because pet store cages are too small) but he does come out 3-4 times a day for an hour long floor time :-) he has a healthy diet of Oxbow Timothy hay and Oxbow cavy cuisine pellets. He gets a big dish of organic veggies every second day. He seems to have a good life, very active, good eater (by that I mean he is always hungry) :-) I just got this app to see if I was missing any info.

As a pet parent of my piggy. This guide actually save my piggy's life. I want to thank you highly for this app. It helped me and my family in times of my piggy's illness and now she's healthy. 5 stars***** for professional advice on the guide.

I used to have to guinea pigs but we bought them from a pet store breeder who basically ran an animal mill in his house. So as you might have guessed they were very traumatized. They showed it by pooping on me,my floor,my bed,and lastly,my mom. Lets just say she wasn't too happy about that. They were gone in less than 2 weeks. Now I live with my uncle and I might be able to get one(because we rent). This manual had helped me convince my family I'm definitely serious about them. I highly recommend this app!

I now know not to be feeding my Guinea pig Fuzzball corn and to remove seeds from food watermelons OK

Excellent. Now I know every thing about guinea pigs. Just one suggestion , after the test maybe you could say what questions were wrong . it would help a lot.

Have had guinea pigs in the past....and love them. This is a good refresher on piggie care. Just a few suggestions though. Perhaps can include section on post spay or neuter care and diet. Also include in bold letters a suggestion of looking for piggie rescue in local area. Also include a section on body language...and when or if to separate

Great idea for an app, but could use some more information. For instance the weight section doesn't mention the Cuy guinea pigs who are much larger than regular piggies. This is a great app for a novice guinea pig person though.

Should have more information. Also it said to breed at 6 months. I do at 3-4months to prevent birthing problems and get splendid results. Nice app though

Except the beer thing confuses me. I thought beer could damage guinea pigs???

Its awesome its helping me become a better guinea pig owner! I'll use forever! I bet my Guinea pig thinks something is up. He loves me and I take care of him a lot better. I recommend this app for future Guinea pig owners and actual Guinea pig owners.

it really helped a lot my guinea pig was chewing on her bedding and I did what they told me and she stopped

I had just got a New Guinea Pig and I didn't know anything about how to take care of a Guinea Pig and after I used this app I know everything I need to know about my Guinea Pig. My Guinea Pig is healthy and loves me.

i own seven guinea pigs of my own and making sure they are all very happy is one big goal for me. This app helps me make sure my piggies are in the best care and are all happy and healthy.. Very happy with this app.

Not too bad for someone with basic quick need to know information. Could be updated with more & better info. Especially about behaviors .it does help out though just would like to see more

Compared to the website, there is much less information. I think the "handling" section would be a good thing to add to the app. Also, the graphics on the main page are a little too big to fit on my screen. Still a huge fan! We have 3 guinea pigs and it's always nice to use this website to double check when we doubt ourselves. So happy I found the app!

I think its grate bc i have a ginnie pig and i dont now much abt her and this app helped me a lot to now more abt my ginnie pig btw. Her name is jaline and i got her for my birthday and i love her a lot she is so fat

I love it even help me take a name for my first and new guinea pig my mom says I can't have anymore if you get the app u will understand trust me it is awesome!!!!!!

Lots of useful information all in one place which is helpful when you have a new guinea pig as opposed to searching all over the web love the sounds section unfortunately my guinea pig is rumbling but I think it's because it's just settling in

I think u could have put a little more details in health like medicine an some other details on other topics but ather that I loved it its a great info you should download it oh! Also I would prefer there to be more then 5 questions on the test

I really want a guinea pig but I found out im getting one for my birthday im turning 11 and my birthday is coming up on june 10 2015 and this app helped alot I really know alot now I think you should get a Guinea pig im going to name mine Neveah or Nevau heaven spelled backwards well I just wanted to tell you guys it's a great app
