I am rating this app as 5 on 5 just because my office work is going good using this app. I have not faced any issue with this app on Android 5.1 till now except that I am unable to connect to Internet after connecting VPN but this is just a little problem for me so acceptable.

K70%
by K####:

Why does this app need to be able to read Contacts? And why does it try to read my Contacts when the app isn't even running? This isn't mentioned in the description on the Play store, or the release notes, or the admin guide, or the EULA, or the privacy policy. This needs to be made clear otherwise it looks like this app is needlessly harvesting personal information, like spyware.

O70%
by O####:

The app works well, when it works. Unfortunately, it seems to crash when the phone boots, approx 50% of the time. The only resolution is rebooting again. It acts like some sort of driver or environmental setting is failing load at boot up. Nexus 6p, 6.0.1.

L70%
by L####:

Works great, but why can't you offer to save passwords? These days we have lock screens, fingerprint readers, etc. to deal with device security. Why do you have to force the user to enter it every time? For something like VPN people will have long and complicated passwords. To ask them to enter it every damn time on a tiny touch keyboard is just ludicrous.

K70%
by K####:

I can't understand why you would remove the option to remember the password. It is so annoying to retype everytime I need to login which in my case is 6-8 times daily. Please fix and also not allow for app to disconnect vpn on it's own would be great.

works like a sharm. I have an android device all works perfectly. Only problem on my mac devices for some reason I am not able to resolve internal dns names. But with the app installed on an android it works like a sharm.

Five starts for consumer grade UI, otherwise it's easy to set up and use. Most importantly for me, it works on a second account on my phone which isn't usually allowed access to the VPN settings.

U70%
by U####:

Application being killed by Android in MIUI8, in Redmi Note 3. The app VPN running as a service, so the application not listening on recent app to protect from clean up.

S70%
by S####:

Seriously Fortinets???? I had 15 VPN configs within the app, and after software update... all gone?! At least warn on upgrade! Luckily I have Titanium Backup. So... now, how do I upgrade without losing configs? after fortinet update, app crashes at start. -_-

K70%
by K####:

Doesn't scale well for tablets which can use it just fine. On top of that, there are several permissions requested that are very curious; "Access mail information" and "contacts". These should be outlined or updated and removed.

K70%
by K####:

The app keeps crashing and permission notifications end up behind the app. This means that the vpn never connects!!! Fairly useless really...

O70%
by O####:

Worst vpn client I have ever used, it tries to read your email, contacts and all files, tries to start when you boot and control all your network traffic, and asks you to rate it the first time you use it, I am extremely disappointed that my company is using this piece of crap

K70%
by K####:

I can't figure out why does this app requires access to my contacts, email and my photos/videos, but I can't save my username/password.

G70%
by G####:

Crashes every time I try and open it, requires broad permissions.
