Latest update is much better, but keyboard still doesn't pop up automatically. Can't find anything on TouchID for Android, only iOS, so I find the pop up a bit dubious. I'm sure it's related to FingerprintID, but it's not clear. At least with this version I can read the text within the Dialog.

Not thrilled with latest update. Keyboard doesn't auto-popup to enter pin (no doubt an effort to push the touch id... not a fan of that kind of marketing) and the numbers are much smaller. This old teckie likes the bigger numbers.

Fully updated Samsung s7 will load the program but kicks out/ shuts down program when trying to set pin. Tried photo load of qr code, manual entry of activation code, shut down of all background programs, restart phone. None of these efforts result in a working token. Useless program unless you have a workaround that is not shown on line or aa fix to s known problem. I see by reviews that this is not an isolated occurrence. Please fix as i need this for work.

Touch ID = Blank White Screen as others stated. Had my admin reset, worked fine until the app asked if I wanted to enable touch ID. Repeat white screen. Reset again using PIN only. Samsung Note 5, 6.0.1 Android on Verizon

Everytime I scan my bar code the app glitches and kicks me out

Was okay and did it's job. Now broken on Android O. Won't even open.

Cannot set pin without it the app crashing. It's useless to me.

Used to be easy to use. Now it has a tiny display that is hard to read late at night when you need it. Also, you have to double tap to get the keyboard up to type the PIN in!

With the recent update, the app has been requesting access to my personal Gmail account. I can disallow the access however it keeps prompting every time I launch the app. I can't see why it should require this permission. This seems like something of a security risk.

Please improve: Automatically open Numeric keyboard when need to enter security PIN. BUG: Samsung Galaxy S5, 6.0.1, no fingerprint option...

Last update is causing the app to crash on the screen which displays my token.

Last update removed the full screen code display. I would like that option back.

Stop prompting me for to touch id. It's not happening.

After update to version 4, app does not even start anymore. Runs into "app has stopped" immediately. Thanks for locking me out of the firewall! Luckily I had the v3 APK backed up and could revert and re-init the token with help of an admin colleague who still ran a working version.

Love the app. It works with all my OAuth compatible sites and accounts so I use many tokens for free for outside apps and my VPN.

Also the fact they are not compatible with Authy or Google authenticator is disappointing.

Unable to scan qr code easily, because the camera is inverted. Besides that everything else works fine.

Why the apps ask access to my camera?

Latest update is a permissions requesting nightmare. A token app does not need my contact info or access to my files.

After the latest update, it just says that the app has unfortunately stopped. Even after multiple installations.

Great app and so simple

This is excellent and handy all the time, easy to use to connect VPN. Very less chances the I will be loosing or forgetting this time some where :)

Does the job and works well. Unfortunately the app looks like it was developed 10 years ago. The UI is dated and unappealing. Updating the app to follow modern Material Design guidelines would perfect the app.

It's not showing any code with Android 5.1. Please fix

Not showing codes after upgrading Android version on LG G2..then uninstalled the application then reinstalled..it works just fine..

Works consistently without issue on HTC with Android 5.1.

Sumsung s5 4.4.2 install the apps and works well
