L’application FIL Compagnon est un outil d’accompagnement post-formation.
Elle permet aux utilisateurs d’atteindre les objectifs de développement personnel et professionnel qu’ils se sont fixés après une formation professionnelle.
Par des notifications personnalisées, succinctes et variées dont la fréquence est paramétrable, FIL Compagnon favorise une dynamique positive pour faciliter la mise en application de la formation : prise de recul, évaluation des actions entreprises etc.

- Rappel du plan d’action défini dans l’offre forMetris correspondante
- Notifications proposant de courts exercices autour du plan d’action et de citations motivantes
- Paramétrage de la fréquence de réception des notifications
- Évaluation des progrès pour chacun des objectifs fixés par l’utilisateur
- Affichage de l’historique des évaluations
