Recently forced to use this app for some inspections....really it just slows down my day. the pages of the forms simply take too long to load from one page to the next. And the way the photos are taken just isnt as efficient as an actual camera. Wish i didn't have to use this platform.

Until recently, it worked fine. Now for some reason, one particular order will not sync, however, it does sync for other inspectors......no explanation. I have restarted everything to try to get it to work and uninstalled/re-installed the app, all to no avail. The app goes thru the sync process, but does not pick-up this order for some reason.

I have never had a problem. I love using it. Once I learned, after about 2-3 inspections, nothing has ever been easier.

Takes forever to sync jobs. Kept getting error messages while trying to sync on a mobile hot spot. Not very user friendly. Would not recommend.

I keep getting the "circle of death" looks like it is sychronizing with a spinning circle, but does not load at all. I have to uninstall and reinstall this app a total of 14 times now in this last week. Total waste of time..

like other reviewers noted, no app should take over 20 minutes to sync with a NEW phone in WIFI (and that's without even having any uploads) this is unacceptable and absolutely NOT user related
