Ever wondered how many foreclosures are around your block? Curious about that house you want to buy? Want to keep track regarding the foreclosure status of a particular property, or even your own? This app might just help you answer all of that! This helps you identify nearby foreclosures using your Location Service. It identifies both pre-foreclosure (notice of default) and foreclosure (notice of trustee sale). It displays property images, addresses, notice dates, sale or auction dates, loan amounts, minimum bids and market values. It also updates auction dates as publicized by the Trustee. It cleans and only displays current data and will sort out canceled notices or sales. Please make sure you read the guide and terms on the app before continuing to use it.

This app would be great if I could search around the city. I live in a rural area with orchards around me. So my green circle takes me where there are no homes only orchards. So how am I supposed to find homes?
