02/10/2017: So got tried of newest version so I uninstalled it. Rebooted the phone and re-installed. It is now working. 02/01/2017: Just installed a newer and now doesn't work! Great fix-not! Better than old version. I can see more driving and charging history which is great. Does not work on my tablet so if that got added/fixed it would but great. I like to see just a few changes. One would be to have the driving and charging history separated so driving can be viewed. Then add starting odometer. Make history exportable as well. There is a lot of room for more.

CRASHES. Just installed the new update and now it crashes every time. Can't open. If Ford didn't want anyone to use the app any longer, they should have just removed it. Or this is a case of the developers not testing before they released it. Revert back to the old version while you figure out the bug so that we can at least use the app!

The update from January 27, 2017 failed to work on my LgG5. I submitted reports daily when the app would fail. Through reading other reviews, I learned that clearing the app settings might help. I did that and the app appears to be working at this time. The app developer responding to the app failing submissions would be helpful....just saying

Do you have to do an update in the middle of a Canadian winter that causes remote start to stop working on a Google Pixel? It's seriously - 10 degrees Celsius right now, the time that you need a remote start! Not to mention the winter charge dropped to 15 km.

As others have reported, the latest version of the App will not open for me. It displays the "Ford" logo, then "MyFord Mobile has stopped". Nexus 6P, Android 7.1.1. Hopefully this info will help get the app working again! (Rating this based on the prior version.) Added 2017/02/01: clearing app data actually does get this to work. Android 7.1 - settings/apps/MyFord Mobile/Storage/Clear Data - re-enter your password, and it's working again.

Update 2/7/17 - it updated, now the app no longer works at all... Update - still dislike the app. The newer user interface is nice, however it doesn't fix how slow the app updates sometimes. It's okay sometimes, and other times it takes 2 full minutes, and sometimes it doesn't work at all! Not to mention, at least the old app had the correct car in the picture. Now it shows a blurry Focus, when it knows i have a Fusion... can't seem to change the picture to the correct car myself either...

The app works but always opens up with the wrong charging profile. At home I use value charge and the app opens with charge now. Have to switch it back to value to get the charging to stop and wait until 10pm when electric rates drop. Please fix.

Great app, works fantastic very intuitive love the features. Love my CMax Energi and the sync with MyFordTouch, can't find one complaint. Bugs me with all the complaints about sync and MFT system. Do you have to repeat a command on occasion sure but sync understands me more than I do most people. I say who doesn't ask someone to repeat what they said. Why do people think a computer can understand a voice 100% of the time. I say read the manual learn the correct phrases and stop complaining. Good going Ford I just installed on my Samsung Tablet the app works great. I have not been able to view News Feeds for about a week not sure what's up with that. I wish there was an area to communicated concerns or questions to Ford's electric car engineers, this would be a valuable tool for them to get real world feed back. I love my CMAX and I pick up my wife's 2017 Platinum Fusion Energy tomorrow.

It used to work but now it won't boot. I use this all the time. I called ford and they said they don't know when it will be fixed. Please let us use the old version. At least it worked. Please fix

This app was great until the 1/27 update. Since then it has not worked on Android phones. Immediately closes with "MyFord Mobile has stopped" message. Numerous people have noted this in their reviews and no update has been issued to correct the problem.

This app hasn't worked for weeks! I have uninstalled and reinstalled more then once. I've cleared the cache, cleared the data. Done all the suggestions but IT DOES NOT WORK on my Android. Developers- please fix or give us back the old version which worked wonderfully. Please!!!!!

Keeps crashing on pixel, the fix is to go to all data and clear the old data from the app. thanks for nothing Ford app support. I had to review the commends other people left to find a fix. Still keeping you at two stars since you provide no support and you dont care for your ratings.

Beginning to wonder if this is a replacement modem issue. Installed the app (latest version) on an IOS device as well and it doesn't work either. My tab 4 has the old version of the app and it doesn't work either. So did we all get bad modems when Ford forced us to replace them? For those folks that the app works (rating of 5 stars), have you replaced your modem in the car yet? Just curious. Regardless, this is a Ford product and the lack of response from Ford is telling.... Not good. 3.3.2017 update: contacted Ford Tech. Their reply is to pull fuse #10 to reset the modem since reinstalling the app and/or clearing app data did not work. After pulling the fuse to reset the modem the app works again as before. BTW, the location of the fuse panel is not easily accessible :(

New update crashes on Samsung Galaxy S7. But it is a 5 star app when working. When it is up and running I will rate it 5 star again. I use this app daily for my Fusion plug in...no bueno

Clearing app data from settings made the app work. Problem was the 3.2.5 version upgrade released Jan 30 2017 will not start on Android 7.

Didn't work at first with a new Moto Z Force Droid with Android Version 7. Received an answer from Ford Support [ "“Clear Data” button by navigating to Settings -> Apps -> MyFord Mobile -> Storage.]. works perfectly now.

Keeps crashing. Waited more than a month for the service to order the modern, another 3 days for the service to "program" the new modern, and now the app doesn't work, it doesn't even open. Ironic.

Ok so first of all my Ford Fusion Energi hasn't even recognized my phone yet, I cannot get it to connect to my application. Now, however, the application seems to crash as well. I have read other reviews and I will try the suggested fixes, but I wonder why Ford would release an application that crashes as you open it.

Update in Feb resulted in an app that crashes at launch. No longer valuable for an electric car owner. Was decently useful before the update.

The app keeps crashing under the most recent update and I use this everyday at work to monitor my charge. I also have customers complaining about it. Please fix

The app doesnt refresh the charging. This issue existed earlier and was resolved. I am rating the app as 1

Clear app data to make it work again. Someone else said this and it worked. For how long it will, I don't know. When it works, it's great.

Current version caused app to crash when opened. After uninstall and reboot, I reinstalled the app. Now everything works fine.

App stopped working 2 days ago. Can't even download the 3.2.5 version. Very frustrating

Newest app update caused me to loose a few weeks of using the app. Luckily seeing clearing the data noted in other feedback its working now. Gives me my remote access to my cars feature and keeps me aware of my charge. Still hope I won't have to reset my app on next update.

It's just stuck in the settings theses no way to veiw anything else. How do I use the app to find charging stations and stuff?

New version DOESNT WORK, crashes every time, have sent feedback about 3 times, please fix it so I can start my car in the morning!

App works OK, though Value Charging appears not to work after the modem update on our 2013 Ford C-max.

Agree with everyone app stopped working after update and over a month without a fix, I guess this is how Ford does business now :/

Latest update has broken app entirely on my Pixel. App won't start.

Since the latest release I completely lost communication with the car...

Latest version (2/1/17) is yet another reverse step. Now, when updating the car's status by pulling down, when the car says updated, the charge level goes blank and says 0%!! To see the actual charge, I now have to swipe left or right to my second vehicle, and then back to the one I want to see, and now the blue charge level bar magically appears and shows the charge level. Do you not test new versions before release??

Clear your cache or reinstall and your back in action. When working it's awesome. Love the remote start!

Only crashes since newest update... Sent 2 feedbacks and not a single response... Going to delete permanently..... OK so after Reading other reviews tried one suggestion and cleared app data and cache and tried into app and so far working OK on Pixel 7.1.1
