Ford owners app is very useful for sevice price promise as well as digital owners manual

At this time, Ford Owners is completely useless because it will not allow me to login - despite the fact the I am using EXACTLY the same details as the website, which DOES allow me to login! I have reported this to Ford and they have not even so much as dignified me with a reply, so until this issue is addressed, Ford Owners serves very little purpose...

I am trying to login to this app through my VIN and it repeatedly keeps on saying invalid, I have scanned the code, crossed checked my documents for VIN but still I am not able to even login

It's not work properly, service issue and other problems, and not connecting to other dealers

Unable to create my login. VIN no of my vehicle is not validating to create login.

The app is helpful in estimating the periodic service costs. However, Ford should initiate to include the spare parts cost as well.

Ford is great company... Performance is excellent.. Only parts is too much expensive

I really don't understand why this app exist. For example owners manual is outdated.. Sometimes it doesn't download or gives corrupt file.. Next service info is wrong. Also info is wrong on service. Its not mobile friendly format.. Its just like showoff, saying we provide multiple service...

Not working. No Such User and I can't even login. Same credentials work on web page.

I reset my password,It works in ford web but not in this crap app.Customer support nill.Disappointed

Please have the login credential updated as every time I need to change as the one registered done not get recognized

It just has user manual and is able to find nearby dealers and service stations. Service reminder feature is crap...

Can't book service appointment, can't see complaint history or status. There's nothing in this app which is helpful.

Can't exit from the application using back key. Very poor design of the application.
