Getting the Android sign in error on Samsung 7 Edge. Doesnt seem to be an explanation anywhere... if this doesnt work, Im requesting a refund on the plugin altogether, there are several other ticketing apps out there, I wont waste time with a poorly tested app. And BTW - a help icon should not just lead to your to homepage, I can google that well enough...it should lead to a support forum, or an email form, or some place that, well...helps!

Gives log-in error and will not let me log-in on my Nexus 5x. Previous version (WooEvents) works just fine. This is a great tool, so will update this review once developer corrects log-in glitch.

It is wonderful on my iPhone which is why i offered 2 stars and i love it but on my android i have not been able to log in and this is a huge problem. Please fix!

Sign in error. Support was terrible. Told them what was happening and they assured me they had never heard of it and it must be my fault... except Aiden's of people in product forum saying the same thing.
