Today i wanted to redeem a reward. And it would say error on my phone. What could i do? I felt really shame that my phone wasn't working. My data is still good. FIX IT PLEASE!!!!

Keeps pulling up a error message. I was in the checkout trying to use my reward and it kept saying loading then error. I get over to customer service and it still says error so I check my Internet and make sure that's good then the girl says that it's my Internet so I said well it can't be all my other apps work perfectly so I come home Uninstalled the app to try to reboot it but now it won't even let me log back in same error message it's so irritating it worked just fine 2 days ago

Wasn't working so I tried to reinstall app. Now I can't even log in. And I had a reward certificate! Does that mean it's gone?

I had to reset my phone because it was acting funky, and when I installed the foodland app I couldn't login to my account. I reset my password and still couldn't login

When a product requires 2 maikai rewards, the app takes two but the register shows one so the cashier scans again only to have your app subtract 4 rewards for one item. The subsequent fix requires a store manager and time that everyone in line behind you doesn't have!

Uninstalling because I can't login to my account. Won't be using it again.

Very simple app, would love to see some more features to keep me using it!

Really helpful especially if you forgot your card

Everytime i go to use my maikai reward, it pops up an error message saying unkown IP address (or something of that sort) next thing you know im out of maika'i rewards having to put back my items and waiting 24 hours for my rewards back. Frustrating, sometimes wish i never went mobile. :/ please help.

Cant even create an acct. Keep getting a host error message for the website thru google play

finally, a foodland cardni won't lose. no problems so far.

Instead of digging through my wallet I just whip my phone out. My grocery list remembers my past purchases too! Awesome app!

Will not scan.

Every time I open the app it says username or password is not valid. I click ok and it goes right to the app. So confusing. Get the same error message when trying to refresh my points under card section. Then it just says loading forever. Please fix.

It won't load up my nearby stores ... it won't load up the store adds ... it's frustrating. .

When i go to home store tab it keeps loading... Loading..... Loading...... Loadiinngg.......looooooadding......... Omg pls fix!!

Good so far. When I first scanned my digital maika'i card, it wasn't mine but my mom's. Online tech support helped -- 2 maika'i cards were assoc. w/ my email addy. Would be cool if the app showed the person's name for the shown card, or even allowed a way to see if there are multiple cards linked to one email. Would love the ad to show pics, the list to show price and "last day" of ad, allow return to ad details upon click of item on list, when xing item from list..don't return to top. (: Mahalo nui!

So sad. I had two rewards available. I tried to redeem a reward at the cashier but after i hit confirm I got an error message. I tried it again but got the same error. I then realized I lost both rewards and I had to pay for the item. No one at the store could help me.

APP WONT OPEN WHEN CLICKING ON IT!!PLEASE FIX ASAP;(

It is okay...I like the weekly ad and message features. I would like my list to include the ad pricing and expiration date - that would give it a 5 Star. Currently, I need to email the list, print it, and then review the ad again to write the prices of the items. It probably would have been better and quicker to write out my list from the start, but this was the first time using your app. Another option that would help, is if I could click on the item in my list and it would return me to the ad item.

After update I was able to link my card.

I had to reinstall and then I could get my card information in...still can't get my home store in. Who can tell me how yo use a digital maika'i reward? Getting frustrated with this app.

I was able to link my card but anytime I open something and try to scroll it layers on top of each other. Can't do anything.

When I try to access my card, through the app, it keeps saying invalid username and password even when it's been reset. When I log on to the actual foodland website everything works.

App crashed as soon as I open it! Now working after two updates.

Easy to use and very convenient! I especially like that the Maika`i card is now on my phone!
