Can't support Hwawei P10....please fix it

Shite... because your app needs to make phone calls from my device among other unnecessary permissions and personal details such as DOB and access to contacts, which are not needed for a simple queuing app. I'd rather queue on the doorstep when arrive the food place!

Please make the app compatible for 1080p screen. The app is completely unusable on my Huawei Mate 9.

The idea is good, but for maximum group, u can line up with Foodgulu while u can also make a phone booking. U got a ticket number 5 from Foodgulu could in fact means u need to wait for 15 tables as there might have 10 other people made a phone reservation. Will not use Foodgulu for maximum group restaurant anymore.

Good system/idea but with many flaws and unfair. You can manipulate the system by having everyone in your group to get a number 15 minutes apart. Meaning if you have 4 in the group you have 4 chances of missing the ticket when you are called. Those poor seniors who have no access to mobile computing power is left out in the cold = implicitly they are excluded by the businesses who use this system. Sign of seggregation of classes in an already fragmented society. The businesses should charge a booking fee and apply it to the food cost. No show gets the fee forfeited. This way you know you will think before you commit yourself and be fair.

It keep saying my date and time incorrect, unable to load the app.

Unable to get ticket for cityhall maxims. Keep saying it is open...even I closed the program and clear the cache. Sometimes the ticket information also not correct.

It ask too much permissions from your phone.

I registered for foodgulu and the app contacted me and said registration successful but the phone verification failure screen keeps popping up and so I cant even take tickets remotely! Waste of time downloading this app. It doesn't even do what it promises it would.

When there is no wifi connection, while pressing any restaurants or trying search function (or any others), it may keep prompting "網絡發生錯誤“. However, the apps run properly during wifi environment. In my opinion, only using wifi for remote queueing is not a wise idea.

We arrived the restaurant right on time for the queue, but the restaurant said we are late for 20 tickets and refused to let us in. Why do I use this app if it doesn't do what it advertise for?
