So disappointed with your service. Purchased 30 days for 24€ to use while vacationing in Portugal and i haven't been able to connect for even 30 minutes. Want a refund but can't seem to contact anyone in person. No one at Vos/Fon can seem to help me and somehow even disabled my wireless networks on my tablet. Facebook on my phone seems the only way...

It has a constant conflict with KPN Fon here in Holland, these 2 rubbish hotspot services do not sync well, so that lm asked to login every 5 minutes. DO NOT USE IT.

Had installed it on vacation in Portugal, barely ever connected to the internet, mostly when I was just on the way somewhere. When I uninstalled it and cancelled the subscription I received a message that payment will continue. Very confusing!

The app doesn't even start. It's saying : "something happened, we'll fix it, try again" and then loop on the same thing over and over
