L'App è organizzata in tre sezioni:

ANATOMIA:
Mostra un modello 3D molto particolareggiato dell'articolazione del ginocchio che può essere esaminata a 360° scorrendo il dito sullo schermo. Tramite il "Pinch" con le due dita è inoltre possibile zoomare nel punto desiderato. I checkbox in alto a Sinistra permettono di mostrare, sul modello 3D, le didascalie cliccabili e/o la rappresentazione delle aree più indicate per l'infiltrazione, cioè le cosiddette aree di repere. Lo slider nella parte bassa consente inoltre di variare l'angolo di chiusura dell'articolazione. Le icone a forma di siringa fanno una demo sulla modalità, inclinazione ed area di ingresso dell’ago in articolazione.

DIAGNOSTICA:
Il modello 3D si sovrappone alle immagini provenienti dalla fotocamera del dispositivo; è possibile selezionare l'arto destro o sinistro, ruotare la vista, zoomare sul modello ed utilizzare lo slider inferiore per variare l'angolo di apertura dell'articolazione; il tutto per adattare il modello al ginocchio reale ripreso dalla fotocamera. Il pulsante "Fotografia" permette di bloccare le immagini sullo schermo. i tre pulsanti in basso a sinistra consentono infine di visualizzare il modello in modalità trasparente scura, chiara oppure di nasconderlo del tutto lasciando trasparire solo le aree cosiddette di repere.
