Adventure of the Three Gables

The Adventure of the Three Gables (by Arthur Conan Doyle) is presented by Folium Partners. The story is brought to life with all its characters performed by master Holmes performer, David Ian Davies.

There were 56 original stories written by Conan Doyle and published in The Strand magazine between 1891 and 1929. The stories are divided among five series. This is from the fifth and final series, “The Case-Book of Sherlock Holmes”.

Something is wrong at Harrow Weald and Sherlock Holmes is determined to get to the bottom of the affair when he receives a threatening visit from Steve Dixie, a rough thug, asking him to keep away from the case. It appears that somebody is desperate to get Mrs. Maberley’s house and possessions at any cost and the affair strikes her as so strange that she calls in Holmes.
