Focus@Will: Be Productive

I like and subscribe to this service but the app keeps dropping the stream. Bummer in concentration for a concentration app.

I wonder why there is no Freemium for this app or a more affordable Premium, sooner or later it will come up and then they will have to update things

The service works as advertised, but the app is half assed and full of bugs.

The app does not work on Android. Reinstalled twice with no success.

App keeps stopping after each song saying there is no network connectivity, but there is!

Definitely puts you into SUPER FOCUS MODE. Love it.

Its great but been freezing lately. It works to help me focus.

Please fix it!! I use this for work, where I can't use the website - I depend on this app heavily to stay out of trouble with the productivity statistics! It randomly stops, and sometimes won't restart unless I move to a different screen within f@w. It worked fine on my old phone so I've been tethering data to it but that's stopped working altogether now

The app keeps on stopping randomly on my phone. No offline feature available eating around 100MB per hour of mobile data. Finally the subscription pricing is quite high. The app essentially seems to be just a browser window. It does not run in the background. I have paid for this service, but the mobile part is simply not usable. The desktop version works fine though.

This app does what it says it will, and very effectively. There are no frills and nothing but the basic function - producing audio that helps you focus. It doesn't promise perfect focus, just better focus, and it delivers that in spades. There have been small issues with playback when opening and closing the app - hence the 4 stars - but otherwise this is a fantastic little tool for productivity.

Great when working but fails frequently in multiple ways including playing next song and stopping working altogether at times... Latest new example today: when I open app my account bar is sitting in front of the music play screen. None of the tabs work to escape. It is just frozen. I have opened multiple times and re-downloaded the app, all to no avail. Really disappointing to be ready to focus on my work but simply cannot use app which I pay $12 per month to do!

I have used this app happily on my iphone 4 and computer for the last 2 years to help me study. In the last month the music cuts in and out on the phone. I tried switching from iphone 4 to samsung galaxy s2 with same results. Still works fine on my computer.

Would be 5* but I am constantly getting frozen screens on the app. Improve streaming experience, and I would give highest rating.

Flaky, completely dependent on reliable internet, doesn't download or cache effectively even for lifetime sub, stops playing as soon as device screen wakes up to ask how productive I was...would be nice to fix all this, but it's been crap for a year. Sadly given up hope.

This app could be 5 stars, is potentially the best way to stream music to focus by. Each channel or genre even has subsettings for energy level. Except it has a major glitch, frequently stops & skips tracks on its own. That just defeats its purpose, really needs to be fixed.

Had the app on an iPhone and it always worked great. Switched to Android and the app stops playing sound after 4-5 minutes. The timer I use is still running but the sound stops and I have to restart it to work again.

Great at the core of what it does...however; - Please add a notification bar player; - Please allow pausing instead of only being able to stop. It sucks having to end a good song just b/c either me or an app has to interrupt it for a second; - Please incorporate automatic pause and resume when another app interrupts unexpectedly and is then dismissed. Having to manually pull up the app and start a new song interrupts flow and is a bit frustrating. - I LOVE that it's guaranteed lyric-less music...HUGE bonus for maintaining focus and flow!

The music itself is good and does help me focus, but the app is very buggy. Frequently stops playing or skips. Also needs a notification so I can tell when it's running.

The concept and service would be great if the app wasn't so remarkably glitchy. It freezes all the time and sometimes I need to force close and restart the app repeatedly. When an app that is supposed to help you focus refuses to work, then it is remarkably counter productive.

It keeps stopping and freezing which breaks my concentration. Please fix. If that is corrected I will gladly give it 5 stars.

Still not using the proper APIs. Music cuts out. You can't pause. No notification control. Cheap app, we'd be better off without it but they redirect from the website.

Playback sometimes skips once when first starting but otherwise it's pretty solid. My only complaint is the slowness when doing things like setting the timer value. It could definitely be snappier.

Desktop version works great and is very helpful, but the app just stops on my Nexus 6p. After 5-7 minutes the sound stops. If I try to start playing again I have to reset the time - not working right at all and very annoying.

The desktop app works fine but the app constantly will lose connection and won't work and it's very slow to start

Amazing tool to focus on the task at hand. Use it across several platforms. The phone app allows me to not be tethered to my computer and still reap the benefits of Focus @ Will.

Good app if it worked. Continually disconnects saying server error.

The app itself is ocassionally sluggish. Frequently does not connect right away. The music/sounds and visuals are very nice.

The past few months it keeps turning off in the background. Now it wont even start up anymore. Its a great service, and on my computer it works great, but my android app experience is terrible

The service is great. The app desperately needs an overhaul. It doesn't use the music APIs and frequently stops playback on its own.

Awful first impression. I don't want to sign up with you, if I'm using other services to log in. The app shut down 10 times, then asked to login, shut down again with error regarding the connectivity and now you want me to sign up.

it doesn't do anything. I suspect if you sign up for their 9.99 a month service it will do something but otherwise it's really does nothing.

I had zero expectations that this would be at all useful. I'm quite surprised that it seems to make a meaningful difference in my ability to dive into tasks I would normally avoid. Paid for itself in the first two days.

An absolute piece of garbage! The science and idea are great, I respect the researcher that came up with this, and the app worked alright on Android versions prior to nougat. However the app does not work at all on Android 7 and the audio implementation is frighteningly antiquated. The programer should have been let go before the dinosaurs vanished. After EVERY "song" the app freezes and I have to unlock my screen with the app open to get audio starting again... that is if I don't get the constant server error message. I bought the 2 year membership when I had an older phone and now all these scam artists can say is they are working on updating the app and to use my web browser... Lol on a phone that would be worse than the app. The audio playback doesn't even integrate into the Android notification menu, lock screen, or in-line headphone volume control as if this app was programmed 8 years ago and never updated. What a joke! Don't waste your time or money!

It eat much of mobile data and still not working ...ihad downloaded the app 3 days ago and cant listen to any thing yet .... Bad connectivity ...website refuse to work on mobile and keep radictiding my to use your dump app. Ijust waste more time than I uses to waste wot. concentration

This app just depletes data. Ive had it for two days. And im down 700MB. Ridiculous!!

I use this service religiously. However, the app is far too unstable, throwing my focus in the bin when it randomly stops. I also agree it should have an offline feature.

I can't even begin to compare how productive I am while using this app, vs when I am NOT using this app. A must have for any entrepreneur or self-employed person who has trouble sitting down and finishing tasks.
