Charge excess and then give huge discount. But still price is way beyond market rates even after discounts. Was good earlier. Now a bogus company. Delivery is too late also.

Really unprofessional way of working. First of all it took 20days to deliver my order and after that when I open the product was not similar to what I have ordered. I have been buying things online since 7 years but the deal with FNY was the worst one.

Always it's showing the items are shipped not yet delivered after 12 Days and waste customer care not even picking the call. Really upset.Same mail that the matter will be resolved soon but didnt find any solution. Really cheaters not even refunding the money if the product is not delivered. Really fedup and i will never ever buy any products from now onwards.

I ordered 1 women suite with order no.200086490..I have recieved very low quality and the particulars are not same as shown. And when we call to customer care no one receive it. ..Don't order here

I ordered an item from FnY and the particular vendor himself has cancelled it due to some reason. It's been over a month,I have given them calls 10times ,sent them mails but still no response from Fashion And You. I was a regular customer of FnY and now this has become the WORST ONLINE SHOP. No proper Size guide also for any product. Please don't buy from them. They used to be the top but not anymore.

The F&Y ..I knew has lost it's credibility as an excellent e-commerce site... Inspite of calling number of times to the customer care noone is taking up the calls....I hv to return a product ..but I m completely clueless as wat to do since no one is there at Customer Care to help .......A pathetic shopping site...

Please don't shop on this FnY. They ate my money. They dint deliver my order even though it was prepaid. Order no. 200066301. They cheated me. I'm extremely disappointed. None of the calls are getting connected to customer care and also I'm repeatedly putting mails but they are simply ignoring and they are not even bothered to take any action. I placed the order on 6th May and it's already 30th May they haven't delivered Just imagine the attitude of these people. They are not even responding my mails.

Previously before app, used to give extra discount codes. But not now. And now unnecessarily have increased the cost of the suits which were of lower price before!

App is too slow and gets hanged quite often. Customer care don't answer the call at all even though you call them during their office timings. Disappointed.

The deals are all not worth while. The fragrance section is all gone. The products u get are all run of the mill. Can't make it out what is wrong with the company, had high expectations but all are dashed. Uninstalling it.

We used to get reward points, promocodes but not since past 6 months or so. Besides that referral amount was also never credited. App hangs quite often.

Very very..bad.I have ordered a bhagalpuri saree..pink colour..but I received a red colour normal saree.. Please don't buy from this app..late delivery. Worst product

I have cancelled the order 200077638 before 1 month but still i am not received my refund.I called approx 5 times for refund but customer care executive told me that they will provide the refund in next 4-5 days..but now almost 1 month but still i am not recived my refund...and customer care executive's behavior is also not good... I am really very disappointed.

I ordered a pathani kurta and it was not the one I ordered..when I returned the product ,even after the 10 days they are yet to refund the amount to my account.I called several times around 10.30AM today but not getting connected and some autotriggered reply I am getting

I have purchased a lot from FNY and recommended to many others. But it has really gone bad with cheap quality products and bad services.

Worst shopping site in my online shopping history. No proper description of the product and when I tried to return the product No proper customer support services by both ways i.e. through mail and also by calls. I tried to contact to the number which they provided in the app but after 30 minutes of holding the call gets disconnected every time are they not having customer service persons or they are getting uncountable complaints for their services. I forgot to mention that as per their policy they will reply to your mail within 30 minutes but now it's 5 days i have mailed and till now I haven't received any mail from them. SO, DON'T YOU EVER TRY TO SHOP FROM THIS WEBSITE IF YOU WISH TO WASTE YOUR MONEY THEN CARRY ON.

I used to love this site couple of years back as there were many options in ethnic wear suits ..but now u hardly find anything appealing...and same product getting repeated again and again

F&Y is back with a BANG!!! About the app I won't say it's excellent but F & Y is the best to buy fashion. Prices though little higher than earlier I can say that the best part is the flash sale concept which keeps you wanting more. Thanks for reviving.

This used to be my fav online shopping site 6 yrs back.. but over tym i have seen tremendous degradation in quality, quantity, service. The stocks are same since past 2 yrs hardly any new variety or stock is added. People dont respond from customer care. Products are costlier than other shopping sites. And whatever products you have are really pathetic. Please guys look into it. Or you will loose your hard earned name in the market.

Please don't buy anything from here specially avoid any prepaid orders they will cancel and not refund the money

I returned a product a month ago to FnY but till now I have not received my refund amount. Refund process is too bad, I dnt know if they are ever going to return my money or not.Please don't buy anything from this app.

I have ordered product a month back and have not received. There is no proper response from Customer Care if we call them for query on the product delivery.

I ordered 1 vans shoes .they told me delivery time 5-6 days ..bt tdy 17 dys complete frm order's day nd now they told me that u cn cancel ur order.... kabhi bi koi bi is site sy order mt krna

They don't update the order history and status. A product I ordered n returned back is still showing dispatch details only nothing ahead. I received email from them that I will receive refund within 7-10 days once they receive the parcel back when call them to check status of refund the guy told me it takes 15-20 days as company policy, they have different policy to advise on email and different policy to advise over phone call. The customer care is also pathetic.

FnY used to be a great online store. I was their loyal customer and used to refer it to my friends too. The moment they moved to the app world, everything changed. Deals are not that great. The website is filled with crappy products. Service is nothing to be bragged upon. There is no size chart which is the crappiest thing I have ever come across while ordering stuff online.

Please dont buy products from here. They are not allowing u communicate with them by mail also they have been banned me accessing the website ...as i ve 2000rs credits availble on the site. They decided a fake time limit n xhusted my money without info.Now dey are not letting me use my remaining money. Today i placed an order using my credit points strored on site(as dey dont return ur money back 4 returns of order n save it as credits) U knw wat!!! DEY CHARGED ME DELIVERY CHARGES ON COD.

Actually i have ordered 2 kurthas from fashion and you nd the quality was not good so i sent it back when i asked to refund my amount they are not ready to refund my amount .. they asked my bank details .. i gave them ... the delaties was in my name and they asked id proff i dont know y they make people so bakra .. they r not giving correct reasion y they want id proof... being i am the regular customer .. i advice to every people not to purchase .. very vad customer support

Never choose this! Pathetic service.. Worst customer support and if you return something, first of all they'll return in form of credits then they'll take 1 month or more to refund or may be they'll never refund and they'll say that they didn't receive the returned product. Liars! Don't ever expect any response even if you follow up daily

no intimations of vendor cancelled products, no refunds of products returned either.. for an extremely long time like more than a month, with false promises of refunding in the next coming week every time a follow up call is done, and the customer call staff is extremely rude and they cut the calls..

The app is not working properly. I have added 42 items in my wishlist, but it's hardly showing 10-15 items in wishlist. On the wishlist heart(♡) it shows 42. But when I open it there are only 15 items. Please fix this.

Used to purchase from FnY earlier and was a happy customer until they changed everything. The deals are no longer appealing. Also, where the hell is the size chart? How can we buy anything without a size chart.. It really sucks!.. Thanks but uninstalling the app.

I ve recieved damaged suit with lots of holes in it.Requested for return bt they are just saying that pickup will be done in 4 to 5 days... thats all.. no other response nothing happend.. no pickup has done. im waiting for 1 month.......other sites like Jabong (best) takes maximum 2 days for pickup and for refund too... worst experience....

Quality compromise a bit, rate satisfaction, trendy and wide variety at one site.

Highly unprofessional ... Stupid customer care Product takes 1week to 50days to deliver . .. sometimes does not get delivered .. gets cancelled as per their comfort ... Refund never happens.. .product track does not get updated ... store credit does not get credited if the product is returned ... mails does not get reverts ... complaints are never handled .. I would highly not recommend this website.. my money is stuck with thrm for 3months ... still fighting to get money back. . Go for flipkart/myntra, Amazon .. atleast money does not get stuck

Very slow service. I have ordered one product but they have given some time limit. The product was not delivered to me given time limit. I am not happy in this service.

It was the worst experience with online shopping among all sites. I have purchased a saree lehenga which I liked. Bt there were black spots and company/brand tag was missing. So I asked to exchange the same product and asked to provide same item with finishing and quality this time. They said they don't have exchange policy. They could not provide me the product code so that i can place the order again. And the website and app is so bad that they dont allow me to see the product code of my order.

Poor product quality. Found the same products in better price in other online store.

Beware never buy from them.If you have done online payment then these guys will make sure it takes maximum time possible. And same with refund. Customer support is rude and ,if you ask about delay they will bluntly reply, we did not ask you pay online.even after returning product it has been 2/weeks and no refund given. These guys are making sure that your money is in their account for maximum possible time. Horrible experience uninstall ing the app and will never buy from these cheaters
