AlmostTI - TI Calc Emulator

This is an amazing app. of the emulators I have tried, this one has the truest, most faithful original calculator skin appearance. Good options and features to. Make sure you have a proper ROM file before you expect to use this app... As many others have also noted, is it illegal for this developer to include the ROMs, and this emulator without a ROM is useless. Know that before going in before giving an unfair negative review later. Thank you developer, it felt good to pay for this version and support your work for future improvements and especially fur bug fixes and stability improvements as as they are found / become necessary.

Works well enough but the UI is overcomplicated and super-annoying. With AndieGraph, the calculator came up right away when I launched the emulator. With AlmostTI, I have to click through another completely irrelevant layer of UI before the actual calculator comes up. I have no problem paying money for apps I use, but not when they're inferior to their free competitors!

It's useless if you don't own a calculator. Don't waste your money.

The app lets me emulate my TI85 and does it well. Uncheck "Show Model Selector" in the settings and it works just like you think it should.

Great emulator, the rating would be higher if users knew how to use an emulator. Flawlessly done and this is a great app.

A decent emulator, works well, doesn't lag, has a decent layout, but won't let me choose different roms for the same calculator, and doesn't support the TI89, voyage 200 or TI92.

I wish it was a tad simpler like Andiegraph, but it works.

Works perfectly. The people who are complaining that roms are not included have no business commenting because they clearly have no idea how emulators and copyright law work. Emulators never include roms. And its ridiculously easy for end users to get the roms anyway.

The only app that lets me use my TI-85 ROM. Stable and simple.

There are no rom files that will be compatible with this app it's a waste of money and time.

This app is exactly what I was looking to find. I am working with my son on his Algebra and was able to emulate his TI-84 Plus Silver Edition on my S4. I am not familiar with the idea of downloading the calculator ROM and it did take me awhile to figure this out. Once I did get it downloaded and named correctly the app works perfectly. Great App.

The last update made the app unusable on my device. After contacting the developer, an update was released within a day. Works great.

I bought this just to support the dev. I used a pirated version to test this app before, but I bought it once I realized it is a great app. I have done most of my statistics studies using this at home and school. But was forced to use a real calc at the times of exams. No need to carry a bulky calc like a refrigerator to school ;)

Is right. It doesn't provide the actual emulator and you can't get a refund.

but receiving files to install more would be nice.

Now i appreciated using it since i got schooling again. Bought emulator and look at internet free roms. Looks good. Trying to evaluate first and followup next time for another star. Tnx.

Won't let me download the ROM file on my lg g3

Pls support TI84 Plus C SE, the colour version of TI84SE. Also, pls include a line in the instruction to ask users rename the ROM file accordingly, it took me a while to realise that.

Getting the Rom out of your calc. is a PITA, but if you can drive a TI84 you should be tech enough. I use it every day. Like to see import of apps and BASIC progs from Calc, but that,s just icing on the cake. Excellent.

Still waiting on change (support ti-84cse)

This app has the most complicated, involved installation process of any app ever built. Never have understood why it can't be installed like other apps without going to a PC for a piece of it.

I have been using this for years on my N810. I am very pleased to be able have it on my phone as well.

I just downloaded this from the play store but when I open the app it says its cracked ?

I wasted my money

Most of my complaints are with the phone and my fingers. I just imagine something working like my t-83 but the graph being nicer. I have all this capability with a Samsung s4 but the graph is a little worse than with the real unit.

Dev, this is a great emulator, but I am not able to see where one can upload their own programs onto the calculator. Is this possible?
