Useless! Keeps giving errors. I put in my name and PNR and get error. And no way to stay logged in so requires a password each time. Can not add my frequent flyer number to a booking. Complete rubbish. The old app was much better!

The developers were obviously sniffing jet fuel when they developed this app. Whomever approved the release of this excuse of an App is grossely incompetent. The interesting part is the "ghost" reviewers giving this latest version a good rating....

Why did you change a working app? Now i have to find the ticket number to check in, then i can use the old app. This is horrible!

It won't link my voyager account. Says there's a login problem. Such basic functionality and it's still full of bugs. Compared to other airlines apps, this is laughable.

The old version was rubbish but this new one is even worse. I used to be able to checkin with my frequent flyer number which I memorized. Now I have to go to my email to find the ticket number... poor poor. SAA you just lost a regular customer with this lame app

An earlier version of the SAA app was useful. Since a new app was designed about a year ago it has been worse than useless. Unlike other airline apps, you have to login even to access it. And then it's a long process of incomprehensible error messages e g. Error linking host domain not recognised and that sort of thing. Stick to the mobile website, which works quite well. The Mango app by contrast works well

Can't log in. It keeps saying my voyager profile doesn't exist. No issues accessing through website

Wasn't so impressed with the first app I had. But this one makes me even less impressed. I want to do much more in Voyager than see my balance.

Every time I try log in an error message pops up saying app has stopped. Simply doesn't work.

They need to update this airline. They suck as hell. Will never book this airline ever again. Trust me a waste of time and money.

After the upgrade it looks promising but doesn't deliver. Crashes (which is bad for an airline), doesn't recognise my Voyager credentials, and hung when I tried to book. Use the website. It's better

App went from workable to useless. What the he'll is PNR? Why do you need a ticket nrs when you have always used the much shorter reference no?

Worked before app was upgraded yesterday, now cannot login through, normal email, Facebook or Google

Does not save logins. Now need ticket number to check in. Stupid. Panics a lot and crashes. Old one was better

The old FlySAA App stil running on my Iphone is perfect. This new version is terrible I uninstalled it from my Samsung. Please dont change n working system.

Cannot believe SAA even thought that releasing this excuse for an app to their customers would be ok. You should be deeply ashamed of yourselves!

The new version is terrible. It wants a person to login every time they use it. The check in process requires the long e-ticket number to start, and then the booking reference can be used. Wouldn't let me link my Voyager account. Bring back the old version, please.

Useless upgrade done. I was able to login on previous version. Now I can login on Web but not on this App.

This is a useless app... dont bother downloading... you can do anything and its sooooooo slow.

This app is a joke! you search for a flight and it just hangs, you go to add an exciting booking to the home screen ... can't find it, the app logs you out randomly!! ... well done SAA this is truly a south african designed app, probably half baked by 1 of the job for life brigade protected by the scared goverment

Terrible app get logged off every time I use the back button. Old app worked a lot better than this.

What crap. Cannot even book a ticket. Did you even do any testing before releasing the app? It did an upgrade without warning. Usual SAA balls up on using our TAX money. Bet you they paid Millions for it.

Its a useless app. You dont even have a history of your accrued miles and you require password anytime. The old app was great so why do yiu replace it with a useless one

From Good to Bad. It WAS a good app, but not anymore. Now the check in doesn't link to my account & you need full e-ticket number. Put back basic connectivity & KISS keep it simple Simon!

How do you take a perfectly working older version and mess it up like this. Why not roll back to the older version until you fix this one

For the most expensive domestic airline in SA, one would think they'd have an app that works properly. Doesn't even allow me to imput departure and arrival dates. Pathetic. FlySafair here we come.

I cannot chexk in with my voyager details even after I linked my account! Does not show any voyager details just total miles?? Pls being back old app!!!

Worst airline app in terms of menu and functionality. In terms of voyager, only provides total miles balance without additional information

Says my Voyager profile does not exist. Gives you the option of signing in via Google and when you try it gives you an error message. Bad App design

I can't rate 0, so I have to rate 1. In short please check out the app from. BA.. This app is terrible... I can't even check in anymore... I have to do this online... No idea what 12 digit number is needed... Why on earth wud u complicate a simple process that hundreds of airlines have got right???

Why take an app that works and bugger it up, did none of the developers try and log in before they launched it. CAN'T REGISTER AND CAN'T LOG IN WITH MY VOYAGER PROFILE.

Is there a way to revert to old app until you get the new one to work.

Doesn't remember who I am and can't link my voyager number... Yet another f $$$ up from an airline that can't run without government payouts... Guess the app development was palmed out to the most incompetent lowest cost idiots they could find!

Absolutely pathetic app - often gives errors when trying to add bookings (which should be auto-uploaded), makes you log in every time, very little functionality. The old app wasn't great, but this one is even worse.

A very frustrating app to use with no benefits to us as clients. You have to login over and over again and the boarding passes are not stored either.

My review disappeared as I was writing it. Sigh. Short version- problems with logins, history and crashes/error messages. Bring back the old app.

Doesn't remember log in details, doesn't have a flight search option and the last time I used the mobile boarding pass, it refused to show it when boarding a plane!

The previous version worked great. None of the functionality is working including basic functionality like checking in.

This must be the most useless airline app in the world, sorry, make it just the most useless app ever. Almost no functionality, archaic design and seldom working anyway.
