E-Band Bluetooth bracelet

Randomly crashes several time throughout the day. Especially when I have another. Bluetooth connection or opening another app. Have to completely shut off Bluetooth and close the app from task manager to get it to open again.. Even had to restart my phone once. Miles(distance walked) are inaccurate as well

The band and app would be good but here in the United States we function on 12hr time. Please updated the app so it can be set either to 24hr or 12hr. I purchased this for a friend and they gave it back after finding out they could not set this.

I was able to log 345 steps before the E-Band stopped working. The screen went black and my phone indicated the connection was lost. I tried reinstalling the app. Nothing worked. Would never buy again as this was a gift to me from my daughter, who had gotten this one as a replacement for another one which also had the same issues.

The two stars are only for the band itself. The app is trash. I've tried it several times and no matter what setting I change when I hit back it goes into a loop of force closing until I delete the data in app settings.

Always crashing, takes long to find the bracelet. Synchronization is not working. Just needs a lot of work.

The app continually crashes. I don't get text or phone call notifications because of the app crashing. Please fix!!!!

It often crashes and had to connect. After restarting the phone it connects to my phone. The application seems crash with other aplication in the phone.

Does not work at all. Instructions are horrible. Returned the e-band 2 weeks ago. Have not received any communication nor credit from Groupon or the vendor at all as of today.

Where do i start, someone bought this for me. App sort of worked on an S3 samsung but not at all on an S5. Just keeps disconnecting. Band is ok but u can't read it in direct sunlight and u can't turn it off so it has to be charged everyday. The phone alerts never worked, the whole thing is pretty useless really, don't waste your money.

The app is always in crash mode. The watch is great to wear but if it's functionality you're after then forget it

Just installed and it crashed within 1 minute! What a waste of money.. even if its cheap.. if it doesn't work what is the point. STOP SELLING YOUR PRODUCTS UNTIL IT IS FIXED!!! I will be returning!

I love the E band and the app works for me, i am a school girl and it tells me all the things i have done, like sleep, walking and running, so cool

I only got this for the music. but you don't have any options for it. it only plays A-Z. it'd be nice for more options on that

App crashes at every opportunity

This app keeeps crashing. It doesnt sync or it erases my info. The band itself will not keep a charge more then a day.

5/11/15 UPDATE: Company must have fixed the firmware (version Sportey). I gave it one last try and viola' fixed. PRIOR post: I updated the band's firmware from this app and instantly the band went black. It still syncs and it is actually working, but STINKS I see nothing on my wrist. Whole point was band had it's own display. FIX THE FIRMWARE PLEASE!!!!

The app does NOT ever work! It is always crashed!

I have been wearing this band for two days and it has not worked properly the whole time. It won't alert me of texts or calls, but keeps giving me the anti-lost alert every 30 minutes when my phone is in my back pocket. The app keeps force closing or stopping. My steps have also been reset a few times. Very disappointing. I want to return it and get a refund.

Crashes the second after I click on the app. My phone is an older LG.

Apps crash every time I try to syn with E_band. I can't play music, it reset by itself. It is very annoying to use this apps and the using as daily watch I think this was a waste of my money and time.

Watch is great but app keeps crashing with error "Sorry APK Exception,will exit " using Samsung Note 4 edge please fix ASAP can not find another app to pair with my bracelet.

Only showing time .nothing else working.... no steps count, call , massage, sleep ...

Connection problem. Update program!

The android update means the band won't sync with the phone which means the clock doesn't work anymore

please add ability to remove smile icon from watch mode

In my samsung note 3 e band disconected a lot of time

Installed and uninstalled several times JUST to sync phone and band - system crashes - sooooo frustrated

but doesn't support my galaxy note

Like the band itself, much smaller than I anticipated. Haven't had any issues with synching it other than adjusting settings and loses connection for a few seconds. Would be super great if I could some how link this into Sleep for Android or Google Fit.

I have to delete the app and download it again just to reconnect my watch really annoying

It just crashes over and over again, and can't even connect from Bluetooth

Just updated the app and it still just chrases when í try to open it. Before that when it worked i could not press next when creating a user because there was no scroll opption. So i have this beautiful watch with a wrong time.

The app always crashes and does not sync with my device at all, even after the update to sported. Don't waste your money on the product in the first place, you can spend 50 bucks and just buy a fitbit off groupon.

My band just black out no display after the update ... please do something about it

Only works on charger. And it's only like 4" long....."WTF"
