Comic Book Inventory (CBI)

Can't "find" new titles when trying to add issues. Me thinks your update is nerfed.

App is actively developed and developer listens. I have made several points and recommendations that have made it into the app. Developer gets 5 stars too. I take this to conventions and every trip to the comic store. Forget buying duplicates, as I carry my entire collection with me, in an easy to access database. Takes a bit of getting used to and is a manual process. Took me 2 full 8 hour days (one weekend) to put in my 1800 issue collection, but half of it is random issues from when I was a teenager. If you have long runs it's quite easy by simply putting 115-211 into the issue # field and it will add every issue. When I pull out the app at conventions I always get asked what I am using. I happily say CBI and let them poke around in it. Stable as anything else out there, fair memory usage. Will use the app for as long as it exists! Please keep it around!! **Update : I have been using the app for a long time now. Still a great app. Has issues and the occasional update that may break something, but eh, what app doesn't? I'm about 2300 issues into this. Still the best app I've found.

When I select "T" for adding new titles, the app sends me to the "A's"

This is nothing like the app in the video there are none of those buttons like cool stuff etc. No scanner. Its just basically excel. Refund please. THIS APP IS NOT AS ADVERTISED

It's completely worthless. Wish I hadn't been convinced to get the paid version. It will not find ANY details for anything I look for. It force closes constantly. If only I could get a refund. Wow!

I were eager to sort my comics out but the app just couldn't find many issues I put in and when asked to 'save' even though it couldn't find the issue it just froze on that screen and I couldn't input anymore data. Just feels like a chore instead of (sadly) enjoying sorting my collection

Issues adding one-shot comics. Requires an issue number, but neither #1 or 'One-Shot" (or any other iteration that I can figure out) seems to work. The search finds the title I am looking for, but when I try to select and save it, the system requires an issue number. Help?

This app is better then the free version it has alot more details and information included in it please don't mess it by adding a bunch of unnecessary updates

Never had any problems adding issues but now it doesn't get any info or covers. Have to fill in info by hand and search covers from Google to add. Wish i could go back to when it worked.

Needs a barcode scanner. Collectors with big collections, you'll spend more time typing than you do coming up with witty comebacks after being teased. Also other apps allow for actual archiving of trades. This one is lacking.

This is a great app! Needs some wk, but updates are frequent and bugs are being fixed. Great for simple databasing of your collection.

Does what I need with no problems. I also like the missing ish's list.

I can't add any book covers without the app crashing. So without the covers being visible I really don't have a use for it.

Aaron worked two solid days with me to fix a problem I was having with backing up and importing. I couldn't ask for better customer support!

I have been this for almost 2 years now and it's the best thing. When I go to SDCC, I pull out my phone .. Open CBI.. and voilà, there's my collection!

I had some issues but emailed Aaron and he walked me through the issues, which just were all on my end .

I forgot I had this when I got my new phone, so I installed it again recently. Doesn't seem to be much different from the early versions. Is there going to be any barcode scanning option? I really would like to be able to change the look/theme as well. The all white with comic sans font looks a bit childish.

App does exactly what I need. Gotta make sure I don't already have an issue when I find an old one with a good price. App does have a few bugs, but it seems young, and I have high hopes.

It says to go to the menu button and select add publisher. I keep trying to find it, but nope. Its elusive a frack. This is either so simple I'm over thinking it or too complex I'm in over my ( what's let of ) my skull!

Will not let me put books in that have the same name and number I.E. nightwing #1 and the new 52 nightwing #1

The concept is great, but it always crashes, it doesn't upload half the comic info and cover photos, and you should be able to scan the barcode to auto load your collection.

Does what it says very well. Any bugs are fixed quickly - really good!

Developer is very helpful and quick to answer questions and problems you may encounter.

Fast and helpful responses from aaron when a problem exists. Helped him find the marvel .1 issue bug and he updated app in the next couple days. Def worth the money

great app. love that I can inventory my entire collection on my phone and have it with me at the comic book store.

I've had this app for about a month and it is my most-used app. It helps me find the gaps in my collection and most importantly keeps me from accidentally buying duplicates! I love this app!

This software is fantastic! Getting Creator information is fast and easy. My only complaints would be that you can't group multiple books like annuals and specials without giving up the automatic info downloading capability. It would be nice if you could drag and drop Titles into group folders once you get their info. Also a browse by series release date option would be nice. All in all a nice tool kudos!
