Cartoonist is an app that help everyone to be a cartoonist. It helps people to easily draw cartoons and share with friends.
- Provides full layer functions
You can add, delete, show, hide, merge, or change position of layers.
If all scene arts, speech bubbles, panes are positioned in one layer, it will overlap each other and will be very hard to work. (Image selection, moving, etc.)
You can easily separate each works using layers and merge them later.
- Provides wizard mode that draw panes automatically
Can select pane number and type by just clicking two steps.
- Provides various speech bubble art templates more than 30 items
You don't need to draw speech bubbles each time, just use these template directly.
- Open, save, share functions are included
You can work continually and share your cartoon with friends.

Where is the tutorial? Plus you need to download another 24mb for the S-Pen use...? When app is open its just stumble-until-you-figure-it-out environment...triple sigh...would have been fine if you understood what you're stumbling with. UI is mind numbing. Could have potential but without a proper tutorial, point and clicking about is bound to frustrate the user. It frustrated me.

Similar to S-Note, the long presses for expanding text boxes, dragging images from Gallery wRotation - nice. Also, flowcharting, color/shape options and stylus pt. setting, will easily make this a simpler yet powerful alternative to default apps on N2 or Note3. 4 stars to explore further.

I like the concept. However, there is really no room to draw on my Note IV. I reported it crashing 3 times + Ads are full page which is annoying. There is simply no room to draw using their templates. I've tried and had little success using their panes. Uninstalled!
