I tried booking air ticket through this app using my qitaf rewards but they cheated me of my qitaf points and i wasn't able to book the tickets ,they said to try again but the qitaf points were redeemed by flyin app and wasnt refunded back . Worst app ever.

Really bad app...cheated me of all my qitaf rewards....Lost all the trust i had for the app...i tried to book a ticket using my qitaf points and the points was Redeemed and then they said the transaction has failed and qitaf has been refunded but it hasn't been refunded till now,called customer care still no help from them..i tried mailing them still in vain..i just lost all my qitaf points....who all are trying to book the tickets and use qitaf , I wouldn't recommend this app...I had high hopes for this app ,but its all now down the drain..

للاسف عندما تحجز وتملأ البيانات وتذهب للخطوة الاخيرة للدفع تظهر لك رسالة خطأ تجبرك للعودة ثم تجد احد الخدعتين. الاولى يتم رفع السعر ويجبرك لدفع السعر الاعلى. الخدعة الثانية ان الرحلة اغلقت ولكن عندما تتأكد من الطيران الرسمي تجدها موجودة وبالسعر الاقل.

Good app with good prices always. Just add a box to write our comments and requirments to the hotels. Also, add an option to choose the prefered bed type (twin or king) because it is very important. Good luck.

حجزت من الرياض لجدة ذهاب وعودة علي ميعاد وبعد الحجز والدفع تفاجأت ميعاد اخر واتصلت بيكم بيقولوا رسوم تعديل والمشكلة من عندكم ازاى ده وانا ذنبي ايه كله كلام وبس لكن تساعدوا او تحلوا مشكلة لا والغريبة ان الغلطة من موقعكم وعايزين ادفع 360 ريال غرامة حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

للأسف عملت بحث عن رحلة من مطار الدمام إلى مطار برج العرب بالإسكندرية واخترت رحلة مباشرة على مصر للطيران وبعد إتمام الحجز والدفع افاجأ بأن مطار الوصول هو مطار القاهرة وكلما أعدت البحث وجدت نفس الخطأ
