Frontier Airlines

I love flying with Frontier, it saves me so much money, but the app definitely needs some work. You can search for flights, but if you try to book or check in through the app it says there is an unexpected error. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it doesn't work. Once those are fixed it will be a 5 star app!

Crappy interface, glitchy as can be. Overall terrible ui. Forced to use the app to check in without wasting paper. Overall I wish I could give it zero stars. The dev team should be fired and so should whoever came up with the idea to force people to use it. 0/10

I installed this to get my boarding pass on my phone. It doesn't allow me to check in. Every time I try, I get an"unexpected error"

Installed Sept 2017. I found the application to be favorably responsive. Used app to manage flight check-ins. I found navigation to be straightforward.

Just downloaded and despite many negative comments, it seemed to work very well.

This airline is totally miserable! First I paid $90 to check my bags. They could not take cash and made me get a prepaid debit card..Then the items that I was told I could take on the plane with me were considered a carry on and they wanted to charge me $60 for it...So of course they could not take cash again and about 3 minutes to boarding they wanted me to go and get another prepaid debit card and catch the next flight ...I ended up just leaving my dad at the airport instead which they tell you that you're not supposed to do anyway ...On top of that the flight was terrible lift off was very scary and there was ductape on the wall paneling of the plane where I was sitting no snacks for a 2 year old for free, nope had to pay $7 for candy ....thr only acceptable thing to let her munch on was gold fish..which had about 5 in a bag...

Not sure why all of the bad reviews. Easy to use. No problem checking in early or getting boarding passes. Would recommend and will definitely use the app again.

It is impossible to change your itinerary. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

Could never find,a way in android yo create or sign into an account, rendering the app useless. Love the airline; hate their web designers. Have they heard of the smartphone and tablets? Fire them all (the web people, not the airlines ones)!

Excellent value. Better plane than Southwest and much cheaper. App worked flawlessly. Not sure why the negative reviews. One thing. Seats are borderline uncomfortable after a couple of hours Cheap seat cushion and problem solved

Seriously? The only point of having an app like this is to be able to view my boarding pass on it, a key feature which this app glaringly omits. I'm sure glad I tried to find it the night before instead of finding out while in line at the terminal. Absolutely useless.

This app is BOGUS! 1. Every other Airline let's you just show a picture of your boarding pass, Frontier requires you to download the app. 2. App requires access to location/photos/media before downloading 3. After making an account and putting in all of my personal/flight information it cannot retrieve my ticket. TLDR: Don't get this app, just print your boarding pass

This app is definitely as terrible as others have noted. If you want your boarding pass handy be sure to have your confirmation number ready because you have to login every time you want to see your boarding pass.

You can select your departure City and arrival City and then try and I say try to select your departure and arrival date but the app will not let you pick any departure or arrival date from any airport I have tried several airports this is a piece of junk

I downloaded this app in spite of all of the negative reviews thinking how bad could it be. It was just as bad as everyone says this app stinks.

I shouldn't have to install this garbage app to get a mobile boarding pass. Fail

It simply does not work. There is no point to an app like this if you cannot login to your account. I know my password and login information, it works online but doesn't work for the app.

Frontier misrepresents Den Deals. They say passengers get the lower price if on same itinerary but won't allow you to add passengers to your iternary

It checked me in and displayed my boarding passes. Plus it easily found my return flight based on info I entered previously.

App wont let me add in contact info, so i cant buy a ticket. Useless

Great app easy to find flights. I'll look through the app all the time to find cheep deal. Round trip to Vegas for the weekend for 38$ can't beat it.

This app would be ok if it were associated with a proper airline...had to find out from a relative that my flight was cancelled

Can't edit profile. Need to log into name and reservation number just to access boarding pass. Cannot save boarding pass to device

Other than see your flight and status, this app is pointless. Every time I try to do anything else, it comes up with "unexpected error". Tried adding bags... "unexpected error"... checking in "unexpected error". Please fix this. The app has so much potential. Im starting to think this is their way of forcing people to pay more and do everything at the airport.

1.0 is best I can do. I'm LOGGED IN. I choose 'MY FLIGHTS' and - get this - I have to type out my last name and my Record Locator !!!!!!!!! This is atrocious. This is beyond the pale. You seriously can't find my flight based on knowing everything about me? Usually I screen-shot my boarding passes because they might 'fail to connect' at the last moment, but with this manure, I'll be doing it so I don't have to write 'ABCDEZY' on my palm! It just does not get worse than this. Really. It doesn't. Yes, my first flight with Frontier. I can't hardly rate the airline here - even after my flight - but I sure do hope it's better than their app.

It absolutely blows. Can't pick anywhere to go cause 'unexpected error has occurred'... So incredibly frustrating. And most places offered don't have any dates available... Period. Never 'used' such a terrible app. What a shame.

Have had this app for years and use it to book flights and check flight status. I don't use the mobile boarding pass and still print one out. Never a problem but have been behind numerous people's flying various airlines and they can't get their boarding pass to come up on their phone sure to phone or site issues. We end up waiting behind people trying to get through security or on the plane because they can't get the app or boarding pass up on their phone. Paper is still the safest bet and then my backup electronic boarding pass is always on my phone if I need it.

Website made me download it for electronic boarding pass, but it won't allow me to even type in my name and confirmation number to look it up. Glitched for the simplest thing. Not impressed.

It worked for what I needed. Check in and boarding pass. No issues. I won't fly the airline again, but the app was fine.

This app will reserve the wrong dates for you Frontier will make no allowances for the error in their app and they will be happy to charge you an extra fee on top of the flight don't use this app

Planes do not arrive or depart on time. Many hidden fees. Frontiers business model is based off exploring customers and employees
