Who's Responding

Still some bugs need to be worked out. Won't work most of time connected to wifi, when call comes on app it freezes and you have to back out and go back in to get alert. Push to talk issues when connected to wifi, or if you have app open but phone closes and you open back up you can't talk, had to close and reopen app to work. Seems app and the computer do not sync most of the time. Also having issues with the GPS not working some of the time on the map.

Quite a few bugs that need to be worked out. Pager only occasionally shows up. Along with the push to talk feature. If I close the app and reopen it nothing in the incident list or chat saves.

When called I get emails and text messages. However I never get the push notification. I can't upload a customized picture and PTT doesn't seem to work, when pressed just says wait...

Never updates the next incoming page. I have to shut down the app and reopen it to get the info on the next page. Very annoying.

Can get it to work after this new update.

Keeps telling me i need data connection. But i have full signal plus full wifi connection. Wont even let me log in. Was working great up until about 48 hrs ago. Please fix

All in all good. Except for when trying to redownload on a new phone. Keep getting error code 505. Please help!

Overall a great app. Would be nice to have an easier way to input your work schedule and maybe a geofence to set you to auto available/auto unavailable via GPS in a future release.

Still not working all the time witg dispatchs and keep poping up push to talk is.... plz fix other then that work ok

Love the app its great for communication and alertness when a call comes in would be nice to customize pager alert tone also would be nice if pager tone continued until turned off manually for us deep sleepers

Needs to work with straight talk. Other than that great app really like when i can get it to work

I've been using this for a few calls now as our area is using it as a trial. Difficult to use obviously as the vehicle operator at times and seems a bit buggy in the trails. I assume this will be better when we get the full version. Very heavy battery usage if you don't turn it off in the task manager. Uses about 10% of my battery per 45mins on my phone on standby (exited from the app). That needs to change. Otherwise kinda cool. Hope to see some tweaks and it could be very useful down the road.

Used this APP for few weeks now. Works great. App alerts with-in a few seconds after pager alerts. Company is constantly adding features. They also listen to concerns and ideas put forward by the user.

This app is a must have for on call/ volenteer depts. The map feture is great for in town/city calls for incident, hydrent and aed location. Also the fact that you can see whos coming and how close they are or if their just going to sceen. responce times deffinently improve!!!

I downloaded the app but I can't even get it set up for my area

It won't let me log in. I can't even try the app out. When I try the lost password and put in my email it won't even send a email out.

Loved it at first now its taking acouple of hours to load the call. It will come up on notifications but not under app.

Very difficult to use in non 4G areas. No back button so it you hit back on your phone it kills the program. Need desktop functionality the same as app.

I can't login or nothing there not even a option to register. Its garbage

I have full signal and 4g and tones drop but when I go to open it it crashes need to fix ASAP and make it better compatible with tracphone users such as straight talk phones

It works again. I will give it a 5 when you stop making changes.

Had a few bugs, but what ap doesn't. Overall works great and ten times more convenient than carrying a pager

Our dept has only been using the this service about 2 weeks. But the folks at Who's Responding have been phenomenal to work with and have taken steps above and beyond to make the system work for us. Hands down the best service in its class!!!

Awesome app! Love all the added features including GPS mapping....great work!

Amazing technology put to great use, it is nice to be able to see who is responding and how far away they're. It's a great program and a must have in the fire service.

Error 505 every time. Need the app but this new version won't install for me.

Great idea. Fix the email so the app will work and I'm sure it would be a five star

I don't have an account so I click 'forgot password', enter my email address and click send. The button changes colour. Then nothing. Repeat. Nothing again. The email never arrives. Other members of my dept. have been recommending this app, so it must work on their phones. Please fix.

Excellent app

After installing it asked for a paring code or to enter your email to receive one after entering email and hitting send it does nothing.....

The idea is absolutely perfect I'm gonna give it a try with my fire department and see what happens thanks guys!

I would love this app for my fire fighters. Can't get it too work. If you ever get it up and running I would get it
