Charge me 29.99 two months in a row,talk to them last month and they would not give me a refund for a membership I didnt ask for but said they would not charge me again. Then they charged my card again after deleting my card from the account, dont use these guys they suck going to get a new bank card today.

Installed because of same day delivery options. However, every arrangement I chose was either not available in my zip code or sold out. Complete waste of my time. Within minutes of submitting a comment a member of the App customer service team called. He worked to replicate the problem. I appreciate the prompt action and will wait to see what happens next. This was the worst company to buy flowers from. Ordered flowers in advanced to be delivered for a special day. Called 5 times day off to make sure theyd be delivered during business hours, spoke with 2 different managers and no flowers delivered. Instead tell me sorry, we messed up and dropped the ball on your order. But offered half off, and delivery in 2 more days. How is that acceptable? The surprise was for today. I highly do not recommend this company!

I really wanted to order some flowers for a family member and tried several times over the course of 3 days. It said my sister's address was not valid (I double-checked to make sure I had it right). She's lived there for over 20 years & gets mail delivery! 2nd problem: I typed in my zip code & the app supplied my city name, but then said it was too long. It wouldn't let me submit the order, so I emailed support. They couldn't help in that way but asked for all my order info (including the web ID # of the gift I ordered) so they could place the order. If I wanted to order off the website I wouldn't have downloaded the ap. I hope they get their bugs worked out, but until then I will look for another ap & delete this one.
