They show fake pics of cake not 1%in matching to the photo of cake given in app and in reality. Cake was looking very bad.This was the worse ever cake I have seen n ate

Delivery was on time . But the Cake and flowers i had ordered was not same when it is delivered. Dissatisfied .

Ordered a chocolate truffle half kg cake for jamsedpur on 29th of march to be delivered next day....the cake delivered was a simple chocolate cake with a very bad taste....seems that the cake was made 4-5 days back....won't try this sight ever in future. .....

Flowers were fresh....but maine 7th feb ko dlvr krne ko bola iska mtlb ye nhi ki raaat 11.30p.m. ko dlvr kroge aap log......har koi preshan ho gya ghr me itni rat delivery ke wjh se......

It is a complete fraud company. They have no dedicated vendor in any city. They will take money in advance for service and will delived very cheap product and not even process refund if you do not accept their cheap product.

I am giving 3 stars as it didn't reach to the recipient on mentioned time or should i say almost 1an half hour late. I paid extra 200 bucks for fixed time delivery. Please dont add any feature like that if you couldn't make it. And later when i tried to cotact FC online regarding that they dint pick the phone. So unprofessional. Also as i mentioned in special instruction the name of the celebrant was missing on the cake. Long way to go buddy to become best.

Ordered a chocolate cake and they delivered pineapple cake. The teddy bear was a terrible gift to present, because it was like crushed. The birthday card had no message written on it.

I have downloaded the app recently, stability of the app is excellent, products specification, prices and pictures are clear and user friendly. I have ordered photo cake for Kolkata and flowerscakesonline delivered same cake as in shown picture. Thank you and sake with other people too. One suggestion, provide more festival friendly deals to users.

I liked this app.The delivery ws also on time. Everything ws gud cake is also gud and the flower ws also same but the packing and designing of flowers were different.Otherwise it was really gud.
