This happens every time there's an "update" or a "bug fix". I'll try to login to the app, & it says there's an "error". So I'll try to login online, & it says there's been too many attempts to login to my account, & that it's now locked. So now I have to go through the hassle of uninstalling the app, reinstalling it, unlocking my account, & changing my password, which was never wrong to start with! It's so frustrating. This is like the 5th time this has happened since I downloaded this app.

I loved this app but for the past week it refuses to work get it together man!!!!

Electronic Deposit hasn't worked for months.

Does exactly what is needed. A simple system for a simple guy.

I really need to check my balance and yesterday the app started acting funny. I would log in and it says "logging in" for a while. Then whenever i tap on the screen it says "unfortunately FloridaCentral has stopped". Please fix soon!

I can't get it to load on my phone and i used it just a few days ago. I have been trying to load it since yesterday :( not happy that i have to go to an ATM to check my balance...PLEASE FIX SOON!!!

I love the easy access but after a big update it gets glitchy and gives a PW error and I have issues logging in after a day or so it works fine.

Great app for a great credit union!

Update 03/21/2016: Checked the mobile application after a long time. Remote deposits works fine but BillPay stopped working. And, still the does not support multi factor authentication. I am still sticking with 3 stars. ______________________________________________________________________ Finally a true mobile app from this CU. Plus points are easy navigation, integration with online creds and billpay. Nice to have is transfers to registered external accounts. Having said this, I will still not use the mobile app because it does not support multi factor authentication(hence -2 stars).

It used to not read my checks clearly enough to deposit them. Now it reads them, but it still takes around 3 days for me to be able to actually use the money. I get paid Thursdays, so I'm waiting on my money until around Wednesday. That's ridiculous. Also, you can't pay your credit card through it, which is a little weird but not super annoying yet.

This is just my experience. I've used this app for a while and it's really convenient. You can see all your transactions and you can transfer money between checking and savings. There's also easy access to their phone numbers and the Locations & ATMs feature is really nice. The only thing I've had an issue with is the check deposit. It has NEVER read my check correctly or clearly. It's a bummer because I don't really have time to go to the bank to deposit them in person most of the time.

It's fine for checking my balance and etc. But any time I try to take a picture of a check with remote deposit, it blur the camera so much that it's impossible yo take a clear picture and there's no option at all for focusing. I know for a fact that it's not my phone's camera, it's just that the app lacks a focus option, yet they want a clear picture.

I had this app on my old phone and loved it with no issues. I then got a new phone and was trying to download app it's keeps saying download error.

It stop working

Has been downloading over 45 min...had to plug my phone in to keep from dying. Had to give up

Old app worked with one account would not allow me to open the others. Have attempted to download the most recent app and it will not download this has been several attempts over the last two weeks

It's keeps logging me out . It's really frustrating when I wanna check my balance and it won't let me.
