This app requires a free server application to run on your computer that can be downloaded here: http://bit.ly/RevTetServer. The Java Runtime version 1.7 or later is needed on the computer. Depending on your system, device drivers may have to be installed.

I followed all the instructions it said, but it wasn't working. I emailed the developer and he promptly replied to my email. Folks, you can try rebooting your phone and try starting the server at your PC from the shell. It's working fine now. It's is really a helpful app. Kudos to all the hard work.

Drivers were a pain to figure out (in true Android fashion) but once they were set up the app works perfectly! Very easy to use with auto-connect feature enabled; simply plug your phone into the computer, wait 5 seconds until you see the ⚿ VPN symbol on the status bar of your phone, and you're good to go! App also gives users free 'PRO' until the end of the year. Will definitely be purchasing the full version come 2017. Thank you Florian!

Works like a charm. Fairly straight forward to setup. Google Pixel and Windows 7. It took me a moment to figure out that I needed to run the PC Server executable as an administrator. After that it connected right away. *Update* 11/15/16 15:30 Admin access was/is not required. I am having some inconsistency with my texting/message however. I am on Google-Fi service using the built in messaging system. Sometimes it work for a bit, then I'll come back to it and I can't get it to send/receive texts. Chrome works flawlessly with no issues though. Is this a Google related issue?

Free version provided connection for 2 minutes, after 20 minutes spent to reading instruction and installing software... and shut down for 20 asking to buy full version. This is the worst forsing to pay systen Ive seen.

Can only use it for 10min with an cooldown of 30min and the pro version is 6 bucks, this is pointless because you can just buy an wifi adapter for a similar price and make your computer an wifi hotspot.

Reverse tether works as intended, pity about time limit and takes over whole USB connection to the phone, have to disconnect to use myphonexplorer for for calling and SMSing

Took a while to get it to work, and a few emails to the developer helped me get it sorted. Once it was working, it worked great. He was very quick with his responses. Note for new users, you may want to change between mode 1 and 2 in the app if it doesn't work, you do however have to reboot the device between changing the mode. If you want to use this for browsing, this is a good app, if you want to use this for playing online games, it doesn't work.
