Login....why???

This application was useful before it autoupdated to this current version. I could see and edit my takes without any connectivity, which is a requirement for me. Did not use the application for a while, now after autoupdates it requires me to login? ehem... wait, what? why? All I need is take IR pictures with whatever app/device and open/edit/adjust them with Flir tools. Can you please elaborate on the already given explanation of why this is required from a technical standpoint? And please do not give the same answer you already gave to others, that this is about better customer support. *pssst, it is the contrary, I know what I am talking about, I excel in customer support* That answer given to others already is highly unsatisfying, irrelevant to the question of why it is technically relevant or outright ignoring the question, which is counter to the supposed "better customer support". hopefully waiting for a satisfying answer with accompanying app update that does not require login (make it optional, everyone happy). faithfully yours, roman

App worked ok but failed to recognize integrated Cat S60 camera. With the latest update it's still walled by a login when there is no justification for blocking offline use and viewing of my own images and data. >Edit to FLIR's response: What a steaming heap of corporate rubbish-speak. A total non-answer to the question of the need to log in. Sure, the "benefits" such as "product notifications" (Read: ad spam) may well be useful, but why is it mandatory? If I need support I will get in touch then and there.

One Word - Awesome There's always room for improvement but I Love this App Even works with Flirone for Android It's a great way to get control over the two images (thermal and MSX) Add cross hairs, change the colour schemes etc even after the photo was taken Even add additional images etc from the phones camera into the report Really makes any Flir a very powerful tool but is enables reporting on a Android to whichever Flir camera you use

Horrible performance from this app. Recording video is a joke as it freezes all the time and crashes. These people really suck at programming and writing software

Bought my s60 today and I already regret it big-time because of this buggy freeze unresponsive poor app. I have 7 days to return it no questions and I am SERIOUSLY considering it.

I'm about to return the whole camera. Won't connect to my Sonim xp7. Kinda defeats the purpose if I have to carry another phone around, just for the camera.

As soon as the usb otg camera E30 live pic is selected the app crashes.

Registration needed with too much personal information REQUIRED before using. I would rather maintain privacy.

Please remove the forced sign up and login from this app. Absolutely unnecessary for the use with the flir one gadget

Tried with E60bx, but app can't see the camera :(

It doesn't even work work there is nothing about it that works except for taking pictures, that aren't even in thermal

What is this? Communist China? You guys are taking a PR beating over this. If I were you, I'd fire the person(s) who thought this was a good idea and get rid of the forced login. Also this is your flagship application - it makes good business sense to make sure it supports EVERY product you make - ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE TARGETED FOR AN ANDROID DEVICE!!! Anything less is Corporate and PR suicide. Didn't you learn anything in Business School?

You're not instagram. You're a collection of niche post processing tools for my cat s60. Now you require a login, so I require your uninstallation. All this could have been avoided but you had to get all creeper on me. Oh well. Fun while it lasted...thanks for the memories!

Please allow the app to connect to the Cat S60 and a tablet could be an extended screen viewable through this app. So I could be using the Cat S60 and the customer could be holding the tablet seeing what I see so they could know what's going on and or help find areas needing addressed

Now requires an account. Unable to load previous images for editing. Will search for other apps or move to a different thermal imager

Asked to log in, selected my hotmail to reset and no email received. Went to make a new account with gmail and says account ready used?

I created an account only to see that it doesn't work just with a phone?

No detail can be added to the report except Header and footer
