MyFLIR for Cat S60

Takes pictures that you can't open later. Thumbnails work but files open as completely black. You can't adjust lower end of the temp scale while in macro (<1m) focus mode because the slider draws over it. Alignment and MSX only work if you use a VERY BRIGHT tactical flashlight to aid them. The non-ir images of course have no contrast adjustment and become completely washed out by this.

Better to have an option to turn off MSX. The measuring spots will misplaced in Landscape video mode. I move the spot up when taking the video, but the spot move right in the output video. The positions and movements just shifted by 90 degree

It's ok but we should have the option to disable MSX so we can just see the thermal image with no overlay

If canon and nikon takes a picture with a LOGO on it, would anyone buy their camera

Crashed on launch with "Unable to read camera files" as the cause.

It is so difficult to disable MSX ??

Was working perfectly till upgrade. Now no thermal image and temp in point stuck on -273 c

Good but needs a lot... 1. the image alignment is not working correctly, so it would be useful to be able and switch of the 2. the accuracy is way out, even from close objects, it shows many degrees lower. 3. the locking option on the high and low temperatures makes the image flicker too much so it is helpless

Needs a lot of work. Alignment is terrible, the standard photo never focuses right, flir tool integration gives you less options than launching flir tools and selecting from the library. I have a flir one attachment and it's puts the S60 to shame, no calibration or focus problems. Off by 7°F no matter the emissivity setting, verified with boiling and freezing water. Please fix this, it's embarrassing

Often freezes, and the camera calibration is chronically broken, the alignment is NEVER correct. An option to turn off the dual camera mode and just use the FLIR would be very nice.

Auto align screen crashes app, phone needs to be power cycled to fix. Macro works well and provides a slider to manually align images based on how close you are. Temp is few % off, great for diagnostic work.

Please switch off the MSX Mode, thanks you its not difficult!

please improve it, or make another app use s60 driver, I need the live stream option as you said: "Use MyFlir App for Cat® S60 live streaming** when is it going to be done? (i'd love to see the measuring box moved)

Please add the option to select / deselect MSX and improve the image alignment options. Cannot present images to clients as the misalignment raises questions of accuracy. Please rectify to improve what can be an awesome product.

Reads 4 degrees C low, so at an ambient temperature of say 20 reads 16. Needs a manual trimmer or adjustment so scaling can be calibrated to a known temperature, e.g. boiling water.

The fact that the visible overlay does not always line up perfectly doesn't bother me as much as the fact that I can't disable MSX, I understand that MSX requires a lot of processing to accomplish the overlay and there is a slider to manually align the overlay. But the one thing I do want is to be able to toggle MSX on and off as I see fit.

After the last update the thermal camera stopped working. Please fix it.

46&2, the changes came through. Cleared out what could have been.

I think this needs too have an option to go into split screen so I can turn my google cardboard into thermal Google's thermal

Constant watermark on screen and photos. Very poor functionality compared to other non official apps.

I love my thermal camera, super handy in my line of work, however the alignment is absolute garbage. If I select auto, the algorithm shrinks the outline of my hand way too small. If I do it manually and align images perfectly and save it, it completely shifts my images apart. I literally have to misalign the calibration to get a proper image. Please fix this.

Quick starting. Nice view. Cons: should be able to turn off MSX, when measuring a light source for instance. 'Auto adjusting scale lock' needs work, it auto adjusts again every second or so, _ then _ goes back to the locked values. To try it, hold your finger in front to get a good heat source, lock top and bottom values, then remove finger. Flickering galore. Okay app, needs polishing.

There is no option to switch off MSX which with poor alignment of both cameras gives you unclear thermal image of the measured object. At the moment the only way to get more idea where exactly is the heat source is to cover "normal" camera. Would give 5* otherwise if alignment is fixed.

The app works for the most part, but leaves highly obnoxious watermarks without the option to omit them. Watermarks can only be removed by a separate app which has its own problems or a PC program, making for a needlessly awkward workflow.
