Contacts Groups for Lollipop

Nope!!! This is NOT "Contacts 6.0.1" that I was looking for... sigh. Similar Icon, but a smidge different. I was looking ALL OVER FOR "Google Comtacts," as I presumed it was a stock APP. Perhaps it really IS then... ugh. The search continues!!

This app works brilliantly with Lollipop on my tablet (although we shouldn't need it!). My phone's default contacts app DID support contact groups on Marshmallow, but after a recent update to Nougat, it doesn't. I had hoped to install this to fix the problem, but it doesn't run at all. PLEASE make a version for Nougat.

This app absolutely came to my rescue after Android stupidly dropped the ability to access Groups. I finally have Marshmallow, so I bid this app goodbye. Thank you so much to the developers that came to our rescue, you kept us functional and sane!!!

Worked perfectly with my Turbo. It sucks (doesn't work at all) with my Turbo 2. It's crashes every time I attempt to access.

Just updated my Motorola Droid Turbo and now this app will not work and I cannot access my groups anymore

Yes, it organizes contacts into groups but that is ALL it does! How do I use it send multiple emails or texts????

Could work great, but hasn't been updated since early last year. Paying gave an error message, meaning this application could be abandoned.

I upgraded moto g to latest phone but contacts group app didn't work as phone has android v6. This app only works on v5 lollipop. Help!

It did work. Then it stopped I have lollipop 5.1.1/and have sent in report many times I even u installed it and did a reinstall nothing!

So my 72hr are over. I press buy, I only get a message that I have to buy if my 72hr are over, the only option is cancel. So I can't even buy it if I want

Now that I have Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the app. no longer works. Will you be updating to a group contacts for marshmallow ?

My first complaint is App selected one of my inactive accounts. No contacts there . I was not able to use an active account. THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR THIS? There are a number of apps that perform the same function, ,AND THEY ARE FREE. Why pay for something that doesn't even have a settings edit that you select the account YOU WANT TO USE...

I love the groups feature and used it all the time on my Droid HD. I buy new Droid Turbo and have to jump through hoops to find it and use it...then upgrade to new OS, which i was very excited about, and have to PURCHASE an app that was free before...absolutely ridiculous!

The app was a godsend when I was on Lollipop, but since I updated to MM, Google still hasn't reinstated this function and now this app no longer works, it just gives me an error message and won't even let me into the app. Please update this for MM and I'll gladly change my review.

Why do I need to download a function (with a trial period) from a 3rd party that was available for free in the factory version of a previous OS? Please add this back, Google. People are missing it who rely on it daily.

The app satisfied the lapse in Lollipop where Contact Groups were no longer included. Paying for the app is not a problem except it won't allow me to pay for it. Have sent an email to Flipdog Solutions and am waiting for a reply. Will not if and when one is received. For now, only 1 star is appropriate.

Just need the ability to text a group and search within that group. I will donate for good development like that

I would really like to purchase this app. When I click the "buy" tab it tells me to go to the Google play store. The Google play store says I own it, but I only have the trial version. Please help. This simple all actually fixed a very important feature for my phone

I cant believe that people are asking money for this. You're "borrowing" the original design and just adding a group by... :-( copyright )

So a feature is removed, it does what I want but now I have to buy it as its only a trial version. Nice one.

Google Omits common features then has us pay for them. 1. Needs a 'List view', 2. Group Messaging. 3. Ability to add greater than 10 contacts per group. 4. Fix LARGE delay after pressing 'Done' after a new entry to a group. 5. Get rid of big circle letter icons. 6. Avoid seeing same contact more than once. I have increasingly less confidence in Google's commitment to it's customers at every step. I hope they don't think they are the only show in town. Lollipop in general is a dumbing down in a large degree.

This displays the contact groups, but that is it. I can't send a message to those groups.

One of the groups under Phone - Cloud includes 3238 contacts in that group, most of which are not assigned to any group. Cannot edit the contact. to remove this assignment.

Can't group text. 10 person limit. Waste of time

Crashed on first launch after fresh install. Pathetic...

Can't sms , email or do anything with the group. Just group. Pointless.

Shows groups, however you can't send a message to a group.

I didn't even wait the 72 hours, I just went ahead and paid. It is soooo worth $0.99!!!! My Groups are back!!!

Select a group and the names are taking way to much display space. Get me more names on the screen. A simple list would be good for me. Otherwise seems to do the groups job needed.
