I used the app for a long time on my Android. However, when I upgraded to the latest HTC Android, the app works, but says that my device isn't supported for backup! This means I can't move my data to my new phone! the only interaction with the developer was through their forum, which has been unresponsive for months.

I recently upgraded from a RAZR to a RAZR maxx and I put all my apps on the new phone but all my tasks did not populate on the new phone. Retyping all the tasks will be a time consuming task in its self. Please fix this
