FR24 Premium

I bought a new phone five days ago. I am having trouble logging in. Please bear with me as I am 70+. Surly my phone number should be able to confirm who I am. I can't remember which password I used before. I have a new password for this phone. Why can't you accept that.

Maps are terrible. Eg in middle east to far east the map is a squared page on a blue background. Countries are not identified. A solution to this problem would be appreciated.

I was upset at first because of login failed, but it works if use google browser and login using yr gmail id. Nice!! Now I'm able to use it!

I have a subscription paid for this account and still I am unable to log in. I am getting error 45. I am unable to reset password too. Please help.............update on 19april.....Now the error code changed to error 31. Still no response from the team.

What a bust. Asked for my email, then claimed it was wrong. Thought I would redo my password, then said I wasn't in the database. Should have read the reviews first.

I'm sure it might be a good app...if you could login. I also tried forgot password feature and it says could not find that account. Oh well...what are you gonna do...uninstalled!

I just setup my ADS-B RBP build today and I'm getting great results. I figured I'd feed to FR24 (as well as FA) and I'm glad I did. The FR24 application is far more polished and user friendly. I have no complaints as of today and will make an updated review in the future. Thanks all for introducing me to this awesome hobby. I'll continue to upgrade my setup and I know you all will too

I have paid for the new version of fr24 but can't get it to load on any of my devices. Really dissapointed please help.

Every time I open the app I have to log in again. Login times out after 24h? Most of the time it gives the cryptic "unknown error, code 31" when trying to log in anyway. I supply an ADS-B feed to fr24 which allows you to use the premium account features, including this app. Don't bother installing, use their webpage instead. The screenshots for this app only shows the login page - which is funny because that's all I ever see!

Just downloaded it and the app wants email address. .login won't work plus it doesn't have a creative log in nor password What the hell does it want then!!

It just tells me unauthorised login even though I have an account...

Works amazing and looks great! One recommendation though: for people that have stations setup to feed data, would be cool to see the status/statistics of the station. Similar to what is available on the site-»Account page.

I have the paid version but it wants me to log in. Fail. Send request for forgotten password and it says my email isn't on the database?

With a Premium Account Login, it Works Just Like The Flightradar24 Pro Version, and already has inbuilt additional features unlocked.

I have forgotten my password, when I click forgot password option and enter email id, I receive no mails for changing password. Please help!

Great app, i've been using this app for ages and have never had any issues with it. I have it installed on my new android phone a Motorola Moto 3 (3rd Gen) and my Nokia 520 Windows phone.

I paid for this app but since getting a new phone it won't let me login. It asks for a email and password but when I try to reset it says email isn't in the database

I really like this app but I would like to have the same features that are available on the website (weather, scheduled and passed flights by aircraft registration, ...), I paid for this and I find normal to expect it on mobile as well, thanks

Greedy development makes for a dead cert fail on this app for me!

I would highly recommend this product as I have been using it for years, either on my phone or my desktop. Recently I noticed an issue with the app on my phone; it keeps giving the error that Token is not valid anymore. When trying to retrieve password also gives me an error. I have to completely uninstall the app and then ask for a new password online. Still, following day it logs me off again. Team, can you kindly assist here? Regards and keep up the good work!

Not a chance will I recommend this software, as they never help or respond when things don't work; and by the looks of things others are also feeling cheated by these crooks. Great whilst it's working, but a pile of poo service backing it up when it doesn't. I have tried the new password they sent, and all I ever get is error messages; and no response from them by way of help.

wonderful. very accurate. the maps look far cleaner and crisper than the website version. there when airplane mode its more of a blurry mess and not nice to look at. would also love to see on the website, other aircraft when in plane mode! I remember this being a feature somewhere. you could see how far and where aircraft where going etc, it no longer exists which is annoying but that's for the website. I fly a lot, and so do my friends and family, so gold membership is a perfect price for me! thanks again!

I purchased the program for my computer and it works fine. The flightradar web site states that the Android app comes with the purchase, but my login to flightradar on my cell phone does not work, and two attempts at ContactUs they have not communicated with me. Don't believe their ad that Android (or iPhone) comes with the purchase: It did not.

I have purchased the flight tracker 24, now got this and it won't let me use it without having to login to what exactly? Apparently when I've gone forgotten password it can't find my email address in server??? Huh wtf? Log in is the only option and I never needed to log in to use your flight tracker I have laid for. Does this even work or are these fake reviews and a Click bait app? Help plz

Was worried after reading all the bad reviews here before I signed up online. Love FR24! The 3D view is pretty cool. The app even seems a little better than the site.

Bought the app long ago. Suddenly have to login with email. After trying to recover forgotten password system says "email address doesn't exist" this app & company are a con job.

The app crashed at startup since my phone was updated on Android Nougat (fresh install of Cyanogenmod 14.1). Removed the cache without any results... Finally, I followed Flightradar's support asking to just reinstall the app and it worked... Thanks for your quick support and my apologies regarding this probably common issue...

Great if you can login! I get "Login unauthorized" alot of the time.
