Was trying to register.. Entered phone number and email, then something went wrong on the server side and it said 'press forget pin button'. BTW, there is no such button on that view. And so I tried to recover pin , with email address that probably haven't ever got to server. I didn't get any emails (For the record I used Gmail address) And I can't start over registration process because my phone number is already in their database. Deadloop. And I just tried to register

I tried to register and the same thing happened that happened to Mary N on 04/11/2016. I tried to register and when they have taken my personal details, email address and telephone number, a message comes up saying 'press forgotten pin' (which I haven't forgotten, because I never got one in the first place!). So I press sign in (because you must be registered to forget your pin!), enter my number and press: forgot your pin? Click here. I get a message saying that the pin has be sent to my email address. I waited............ and no pin number got sent to my email address! I press sign in again, enter my number again, press forgotten pin (like before) and get another message saying that pin number has been sent to my email address. I waited again....... and again, no pin number got sent to my email address! Mary N complained about this from the 4th November 2016. Today is the 26th January 2017 and nothing has been done about it!
