Flexiroam X

In Jan 2017, I successfully connected and accessed Flexiroam in Germany & NY City and when I received my telco bill, I discovered that there were charges on data mobile phone usage as well as having used up Flexiroam data. I compared the date/time access on both and they were accessed at same date/time! Which means, I've paid twice on each access, data mobile phone and Flexiroam. I contacted Flexiroam Support together with proof. They acknowledged and contacted me but no refund, no advice & no solution, up till today. Dear users, do check on your telco bills and see if you're paying charges on your mobile data when accessing Flexiroam.

After a long month not using this app it lags when I want to switch over to flexiroam x. It used to be turn on and wait like 3mins and switch over, restart...Not sure what has happen but will consider to continue or not after expiry

Received so called micro chip film and the sim is not detected at all and the chip is also damaged even did nothing at all. Money is wasted

Amazing invention to save on hefty roaming charges. Works well in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and Thailand.

Used to be the best ...now it's of no use because don't support call forwarding. Flexiroam lost focus . Being a user for 6 years I'm dumping this app because instead of improving the services they have removed the vital part which is call forwarding.

Prefer the flexiroam voice. Less roaming charges for me to pay receiving calls from my Singaporean customer when I am in overseas.

Suddenly 1gb of my data was lost on the first day i tested it for an hour. Support is very poor! Almost 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me with my issue... pretty bad cause I wanted to recommend them to my colleagues...

Refereed few friends to get the 1GB free challenge. But it just never show up on my apps by saying how many signed up. Always 0 ;(

This is a must have travel application, as it is very convenient, relatively cost savings and furthermore, you can unlock free data just by referring to friends! I have even unlocked more than 10GB data through friend referrals solely!

Logged in with FB and got free data. Used in South Korea and was great! 4G connection throughout my trip in Seoul.

I subscribed FlexiRoam since last year. After updated this new application, not able to log in and the application scanned and did not recognize the barcode! I have balance of 1 GB+!!

It's great at certain countries but unstable at some unfortunately. Would be good if it's firm stable.

But not fond of restarting my phone when change sim and it seems like I need Internet to open flexiroam app before I could use. And I couldn't receive SMS from my main sim card. It's bit tricky because I need to receive important SMS. But it's better than having no data roaming.

I just got mine, tried installing it on my nano card but it didnt work, due to my card is the new generation nano sim card from etisalat uae. Just be cautios you dont get surprised like me. And no it didnt work until now.

my promocode - HAYATONX It seems some phone do not support the sim toolkit to switch the sim including my primary phone - Huawei 302HW. However I can still make it work after switching by another phone and set it to the primary phone.
